well....the time i feel it is sliiightly visible is when i wear the PF....but not everytime once in a while.. ..now i understood the settings that suit me in the PF....so no issues......

so i have been cosistent for more than a week i guess and not a days break....only length work and today when i was streching in the evening i felt fatigued in the ligamnets.....i think its a sign to lay off for a day and next day will incorporate girth work also

Fatigue can damper training but at the same time fatigue can be the best time to stretch. In the state of fatigue there is no pull back from the pelvic floor muscles allowing for a greater, longer stretch. The problem with fatigue is it hinders erection quality so girth session or sex may suffer. Finding the perfect balance of these things would be the goal.
 
yep thats another thing to keep an eye on, fatigue can have a negative effect on erection quality,how can we get a nice and balance result.

we want a nice stretching session we need a flaccid penis,we want girth gains we need an 85%+erection..

focusing on one thing first.once we get what we look for..looking for girthor lenght gains is a lot more reasonable..

I have never experienced fatigue to the point of loses of eq, 24 hours has always been my sweet spot.

We need 100%+ erections that force the tunica to expand on it's own. We need millions of kegels over a couple of years. Eq can be optimized. So it should be, and to the fullest extent. Pun intended.

I can second that. Most my gains comes when i have been in a constant phase of fatiqued ligs.

Its like they give up so all the pulling goes to the penis.


Also remember for night use of pf. To really lower intensity.

Its not about stretching at night. Its about healing in an elongated state so you just need a very soft pull.

I have woken up at night forgotten i had my phallogenics on.
Thought: "what the fuck is this?"

What happens is the pelvic floor muscles constrict and take up a great deal of the stretch, while the ligament rain slack to some degree. When the penis is in a fatigues state or you are doing DLD Blasters (using the reverse kegel) it put the muscles into submission and you are purely stretching the ligaments. You gotta separate the 2. Can you do a regular kegel without moving your anus? It took me a while but you can train yourself to. That's why DLD always said to do reverse kegels while on the toilet lol. Just in case. Do them after you've already shit. Then you'll be safe.
 
Also, about your fluid retention. Does the blister only come on the head or is it along the frenulum? I don't know why I haven't asked. For the glans cap, did you every think to use plastic wrap for food to wrap around the area the cap doesn't touch?
