could be useful but i do believe that turning our face away from PE is a sign that maybe we havent understood PE in a clear effective useful way...
i have had tons n tons of dissapointments in PE,n yeah there are so many reasons why i havent seen the light at the end of tunnel..but im still here n i try to exercise everyday...have a good day

Boy oh boy, that would be a lot of men, thousands! Millions and millions when you consider monthly unregistered visitors. Eventually many just pop back up, many never come back. I like to bump the threads of those who have gone wayside, a simple bump and show of concern can bring a Brother back. Also, PE has greatly improved over the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] years so I think Brothers should come back just to see how far we have come.

i didnt pe FOR 3 months and only aced wrapped all day but that didnt help
i lost all my gains but i though they would be cemented but not even a 0.1 inch was cemented ...dont know why
coming straight to hardcore training
