in the middle of the day i did the air pump for like 30 mins with 15 min sets......
it felt good and was amazing

10 min-jelq and ss

i still WASENT tired.....i wanted to do more but thought should take it easy and leave some for next day

i dont know about the "hg".......it has a thing to create vacuum thats all...so u keep pressing like a gun and more vacuum is created....lol

didnt do anything for girth and SPECIALLY DIDNT DO ANYTHING FOR BEND ( cant fucking believe it after all i went thorugh for it )........got lazy and didnt feel like it at all.....thought id give it rest cuz i went all out yesterday...plus it was sunday and sunday is supposed to be chilled out fun day.:)......didnt have fun either....lol

if i give up again i will break my pump......so theres no chance i will back out now....

If you don't have time for PE or you just feel super lazy , throw in some quick stretching or / and some jelqing...consisteny > intensity..no point in having a strong routine if you skip sessions.

That's what i call the " 10 min routine " ...i use it when i don't have time for PE,or i just feel lazy , or i'm out in the town...

I don't usually skip a training, so whenever I do take days they really help expansion later. If you are very persistent with your training then a two off days ain't so bad.

Great advice. The thing everyone needs to understand is with each day off it becomes harder to get back on the horse. On the days you do not have time get in a minimum of training just to keep up with your routine. Even if it is only 5 minutes it still keeps your head in the game. I have seen too many take too much time off only to never return.
 
took fucking six months off once cause i was depressed i still don't remember why i restarted,its been a while since then...
 
DLD very true !!1 if i skip a day then either i gt lazy or my mind autimatically makes excuses of not doing it inspite of me being busy i still somewhere know that i can squeeze in so workout but get lazy

and chilldish very good idea......atleast something is going on and i am in touch with my penis :)

I did the same thing 2 years ago. If it were not for Simian and a few other guys posting I don't think we would have survived. Depression is a killer but now, with the Hospital allowing me to work when I am there, I never need to miss another day of work. Today I have serious family issues but I still get a bit of posting in just to stay on point.

no Pe for the past few days.....been really depressed and not finding any motivation to get back up and get on with it...kinda sick with PE also...

did length today.....
i hope i make it though in the evening with girth aswell
