Has anyone heard of PGE-1 for gaining penis size, what do the routines look like? It looks interesting but I wanted to know what other people had to say about it. I posted this on Penis Enlargement gym but no one responded.

You inject a certain amount into your penis and the idea is to stay around 95%-100% erect for 2 hours (at first), then for it to start going down. The idea is that when you are hard for that amount of time, it forces the tissue to stretch the dorsal tendon and also the spongy tissue inside the penis and that will slowly allow you to gain length and girth. Then also, the injections will give you more erections at night, which also encourages growth. It is best to keep a routine while injecting, ideally stretching 6 times a day (mini-sessions: piss breaks etc) along with a nice length session (say maybe 20 min of manual stretching or hanging) and you could also work girth too. What I have been told is to inject before bed (at first you inject a few hours before bed, so you can get the timing down. You don't want to go to sleep and get a priapism. After awhile, you know your dose, and you can inject right before bed). Injecting before bed keeps you hard all night and that REM stage of sleep is where your body releases growth hormone and you do all of your bodily repairs (just like a bodybuilder). A side note, you must make sure you have let at least an hour pass after eating before you go to bed, because with food in your stomach, less GH is released in the REM portion of your sleep. The REM portion of your sleep happens in the first 2-3 hours, it's that deep, heavy sleep where all the growth occurs.
I have been told that at first, you don't want to inject more than 3 times a week. LIke anything else, you build up gradually.
I would think it would be best to do a length session (manuals/hanging) before injecting, then go to bed. It should keep you at your max and encourage more growth. The information I am giving you is from a patent on injections used for penis enlargement written by a doctor who specialized in the injections. Any other information regarding REM sleep is from research I did when I was investigating use of HGH (human growth hormone) for bodybuilding and if it would have any effect on penis growth.

Here is a link to a man names Ronielle, who is a respected member of the Penis Enlargement community. He invented the divosuit and divocup, two Penis Enlargement devices that are used by very many Penis Enlargementer's from this forum and others. Oh, and PGE1 is a vasodilator. That means it makes blood vessels expand. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction primarily.

Sorry it took so long to reply. First off thankyou for all the information you have given me, and second are there a lot of Penis Enlargement'ers who would swear by this method. Im thinking injecting 3 times a week would produce some scarring, possibly? How about a novice trying this out?

Use very thin needles, it won't scar up. Just move up a half centimeter each time you inject so it's not always in the same spot.
Size of needles I use is half inch in length, 29 gauge needle

In other words: Melatonin might help you achieve a longer REM and better quality of sleep. However some people don't experience a better quality of sleep and wake up drowsy. I myself take 5-10mg sometimes throughout the week and damn near always have vivid dreams(haven't had a wet one yet from it).
Another thing:
Gelatin protein(9-10+g on an empty stomach)before bed can also help GH production(maybe due to the glycine). Before bed because of the glycine, which may or may not be why gelatin helps GH production.
Might be something to look into.
I should elaborate. I say "damn near always have vivid dreams" because I have my nights and days mixed up. I might possibly always get vivid dreams from dosing melatonin.

It has been so long since I have had a vicid dream.No I don't take melatonin, I sleep well 5-6 days a week. Just a theory of mine, I rememebr reading over and over on bodybuilding forums and hearing form the guys in the supplement store that I mustn't eat before bed when taking a GH supplement (or injecting) Thanks for your post though, I will definitely look into this if I feel I need more REM sleep. I usually sleep 3-4 hours before i wake up to piss so I should be good.
PS I took melatonin when i was taking a GH oral product, had it in it. I didn't notice much of a difference as I wear myself out during the day usually, and sleep well

If you're only going to do it 3 times a week you will need to do it 5 hours a day if what Roneille says is true.
I seem to be naturally settling into 4 hour sessions every other day rather than 2 hour sessions every day like I originally planned. It's too draining mentally and physically for me personally to do it every day but every other day seems right.
Every other day Sunday Tuesday Thursday Saturday would give you roughly 4 sessions per week. If you did 4 hours per session that would give you 16 hours.

I have started them as well, and so far I have had two 2hour sessions at about 85%-90%. I am wondering, when you take the 4 hour dose, does it get you to 100%, and how much of that 4 hours are you at 100%?

So it's as simple as injecting Caverject every second day to get a 3-6 hour erection then continue doing Penis Enlargement and that's it? Nothing else?
