Alright man, here's my secret formula so to speak.

I take my viagra about 30-45 minutes before hand...sometimes an hour before if I've eaten late. Then, I start. I use baby oil gel for lube. About a quarter sized amount. I get fully erect, and then I perform my first base squeeze or "uli" or whatever you want to call it. The grip is a "ok" grip with the index finger and thumb pressing against the pubic bone and pinkie away from your body....the overhand grip. I squeeze off as tight as I can and hold that squeeze for about 20 seconds. I then perform a quick kegel....that consists of a move that takes a little practice to execute properly, but is easy to learn. You hold your first squeeze for that 20, then you quickly ease up a little on your grip, kegel, then re-tighten your grip and hold it for another 20. I do five of these, alternating my gripping hand when it gets tired, then I get fully erect again, squeeze off at the base as above, do the ease up/kegel/re-tighten move a couple times to get the max amount of expansion with the extra blood that gets pumped in by the kegels, then I do a horse squeeze. I do a total of five horse squeezes.

Next is the "short jelq" I tried to describe on the phone. Set up a uli squeeze as described above once again. Do the ease up/kegel/re-tighten move a couple times again, then with the tight grip at the base pull forward about 1/2" ish and hold that pulled forward squeeze for about 20 seconds. If youre doing it right...in other words, you have enough engorgement going on, you should not be able to pull your grip much farther forward than that 1/2" or so. If there's not enough engorgement, either re-stimulate your erection or perform the ease up/kegel/re-tighten move. I do a total of 5 of these. Then, I start over with 5 more of the max engored uli squeezes.

So, It looks like this:

1) 5 max engorged Uli squeezes (20 Seconds each)
2) 5 max engorged Horse Squeezes (20 Seconds each)
3) 5 max engorged Short jelqs (20 Seconds each)

Start over with 5 max engorged Uli squeezes, repeating exercises one through three, repeating this rotation of exercises, and workout for as long of a total time as your schedule allows.

Wow. Looks kind of like what I did for a while, but mine was not as intense, and without the short jelqs. Do you do this clamped? I may have to try this.

This looks like a damn good girth routine man!
Do you have any links to the horses and short jelqs?

How long would you normally do this rotuine for?
Would you do it every day or like 1 on, 1 off etc?

The short jelqs are described above. I havent seen anyone post them before I mentioned them a while back. The horse squeeze is just a clamp off at the base as I describe in this thread, and then with that grip at the base, taking your other hand you squeeze the glans and hold it for as long as you can.

I am currently doing a 5 or 6 on, 1 or 2 off routine.
 
Stickin' to the basics, that's what I like to see. I bet this shit works, I use a lot of the same maneuvers but not in the exact order.
 
That is intense man , and it does seem you reeped the benefits haha.

After a few more months I'm certainly going to give it a go.
 
I dont use a clamp with this routine because this is a MANUAL routine ;) I get a different type of workout from a manual routine than I do from a clamped one. It's called changing things up once in a while. For example, I will do manual girth work for a couple months, then do a clamped routine for a couple months.
 
My last 1/4" of girth came from basically this routine. And yes, blue, I do basically this routine instead of jelqing. I only jelq about half erect for a few minutes to warm up. Much more effective exercises out there for girth than jelqing ;)

Good post. This really works! I tried to find this type of workout here because I was already doing this. I use this routine on days I can't clamp, in the shower works for me or in the bathroom. I have even done this before clamping with good results but best yet is to do it before sex for a good surprise pump!
 
This looks like a great girth workout that I am going to try. I'm currently in my sixth month of exercising. Once I complete 6 months of work, I think I'll give this a try.

My routine now is jai stretch about 2 for 20 sec flaccid bends in every direction twice 15 min jelqing ulis i don't cout and a few horse squeezes. Do you think going down to something like this would be to light to turn to. I've been Penis Enlargement for over a year but took about a 6 month break (unwanted).

Probably not. Are you trying to actually gain? Isn't ''JAI'' when you just barely pull on your penis? Flaccid bends? What are those supposed to do? Is this Th*nd3rs Pl@ce stuff?

JAI stretches were created to try to combat DLD Blasters when I was screwed over by T's Place.
 
Jai strecthes you pull for 2 sec rest 2 sec and repeat each time with more force. flaccid bends you put between 2 to 4 fingers under towards the base and pull it in every direction while the penis is hard enough but still to bend so about a 5 it is good for girth it's kinda like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words]. Couldn't come at a better time. Just when I'm coming back into this. Those were the good old days. Back when I didn't have a computer of my own so I had to print any articles I found interesting but didn't have time or privacy to read.

I remember either you or another member gaining quite a bit of length doing nothing but a girth routine. I'm 1/4 an inch from my ultimate length goal and 1/2 an inch from my girth goal. But the more I think about the more I think I'll keep pushing for. Or at least keep a maintenance routine for penile health. I've taken quite a bit of a break and during that time I can tell a HUGE difference in my desire, [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words], sensitivity and anything else that made sex incredible. I'll have to look up horse squeezes b/c I never really did them and forgot what they are.

I haven't deviated from the basic squeezes and jelqs in the last year and my size has consistently increased. With this sort of routine there is very little need to go "all out" on the intensity of the squeeze, but it is a cumulative effect over the course of several weeks. Consistency is the key, and with me length has been and still is the goal, but using simple squeeze routines I've increased my girth slightly while continuing to add length consistently. Finally closing in on 8" NBPenis EnlargementL, and sitting at almost 5.75" in EG up and down the entire shaft, with the exception of about .25" difference at the base.

Ok, I really like doing uli's and horse squeezes and prefer it over jelqing.

I'm going to be starting this once I finish up 6 months of Penis Enlargementing (which is in about a week, starting in novemeber).

Is this the entire girth routine? Is there more that should be done, like some jelqing too? How often should I do this routine? Daily? 4-times a week?

Longstretch, I'm going just fine. I've had fantastic success backing off the intensity and focusing on total number of quality reps in a session. With length goals being my focus I usually only get a 7-10 girth focused "training window" and it works really well. I just have to be careful not to go too far, because there are so many women on campus that I have to be ready to throw down when necessary. I had a girl come over at 3:30 in the morning and we didn't get any sleep, so it is important to balance out the need to grow and the need to please.
 
14 years and still going. very impressive Still. I hope I can look back and say that. If I can, I will be the guy in the nursing home all the ladies talk about, lol

Sometimes it makes me cum too at the end... I don't know if it's just the expansion that gets me excited or what lol.

Stillwantmore, what's your opinion on ejaculating at the end of a workout? I do feel like it hurts my post workout expansion.

Also, are you a fan of the all-day cock ring?

I have thoughts of wearing a cock ring all day after my girth session. But I am also thinking of doing 2 girth sessions daily instead. One in the morning, keep the expansion till evening and do another session in the evening.
 
The thing with wearing a cock ring "all day" for me and most men is it gets uncomfortable after a while. Whether it's causing chaffing/skin irritation, or fluid build up in the skin. I feel like (and the gains seem to reflect this notion) you do the work that's causing the gains when you're training. When you're not training, leave your penis alone. I feel no need to 'keep it expanded', or 'heal in an extended state'.

Wearing all day may be difficult. If you can hold the expansion for 2-3 hours I think that is plenty.
