Do the laws of Malaysia allow delivery of medical devices? I am pretty sure the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] has medical clearance and should not be an issue at customs but can't say for sure.

I checked the official customs site regarding the rules & regulations... http://tariff.customs.gov.my/
It seems some medical devices are prohibited... However it is beyond my understanding.

Sorry I was offline for a while, some problem with internet connection... I change sluices every 20 hours of wearing (max) so you can calc how much do you need for your journey.

It depends on what you want more. Delivery time? The new [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Hydromax[/words] is kick ass thickness has increased in just the week I have had the device.usally the wife knows when I pump do to increased girth. But just yesterday I didn't pump and the wife asked if I had. I thought it felt bigger in my hand but thought it was in my head. Since I have very little time my routine is pump in the am 5-8 then at night 5 min stretch with the auto [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] v4.1 head piece with leg strap in bed for 2 hrs with heavy cable about 5 lb pull if not more.

I personaly like the auto extedender head piece. I wrote a review on the product but had the head piece upside down with the tube entering the top this caused pain and pinching. Once I went back to the site I noticed how I had it reversed. I have fell asleep with it on for like almost 3 hrs woke up because of a night stiffy that cause it to pull super hard. I thought for sure I would have a blister but no blistering at all. I had the one piece of soft medical tape over the urethra. Light pull no tape needed heavy pull should us tape.
I will give an update as soon as I get the pro I agree there delivery times suck and if you package get lost they wait the 3 weeks for the dhl to say yep it's lost then they re ship so I ordered in June and I hope it shows up next week. No I must say I hear it is the best thing out there to due long hrs of stretching if so then it's a must for anyone who is really wanting to optimize time DLD I believe only puts his name on the best products out there. I would like to know if he tried the auto new head piece because I really think its a good piece of equipment and the sealing sleeve works wonders. I know most people on here are not fans of auto [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as I agree that the sleeves were out quick but this one piece is I think really good and may need a second look. I also used his sleeve on my static stretcher heavy and it cured the pinching issues.

And auto head piece as of know is top on my list for me to pull mild to medium 2-10 lb

did an easy 8 hrs first day out.plus did 2 5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Hydromax[/words] sessions and wore my auto light sleeve while i slept. already on my 5th hr today. i did 3 hrs at at 1500 grams but i must admit that made my shaft sore and the base. took it off for an 1 and 1/2 hrs during a meeting. now have it back on. I'm assuming i will hit 12 hrs today no problem. i have to say I'm amazed at the comfort of this thing really i don't have words for difference in stretching with this then with the regular type head attachments. before i dreaded strapping this thing on now i forget its on sometimes. i today am going to order the leg strap and more of the lube as that is essential i believe with this thing. but if you run out i looked up what it is and the lube eros is seems to be the something.

i hate to keep talking this thing up but if one is truly trying to maximize time reduce pain and make pe easy and stress free this is a must.

DLD im not really sure why osomeother seem to have trouble applying it to the head of the penis. here is what i do maybe it will help.

1 lube the sleeves pieces with finger applying all parts that will come in contact with the head and shaft.
2 squeeze the ball but not fully then put it on the male receiver push then turn to the right then squeeze out air making the sleeves ballon out, press penis head to sleeves. then release ballon causing suction. this will only pull in slightly so push while it is being sucked in.
3 once the ballon is fully expanded turn left then squeeze ballon totally, then push back on and turn right then release causing vacuum push head in (pushing head in is important) and it will slowly get sucked in. if need repeat the turn left slight lightly pull ballon off squeeze agin then push back on and turn right. release ballon to cause suction but you shouldn't need all the suction at this point.
4 then remove ballon and wait 10-30 second to allow head to expand in the head piece an then apply tension.

i hope that will help some people i found it pretty straight forward but i have been dealing with these contraptions for years so maybe thats why it seemed easy to me.
