SWM, I've been hanging over an hour daily the past month BTC, but I didn't gain so I really haven't done shit the past couple days. I been working on BTC, a new angle for me and had to start with 4lbs and now I'm up to 8lbs BTC. I tried SD again the past couple days and I can handle 10 SD now after months of no SD.

MY DICK IS GETTING SHORTER. Measured last night and barely hit 6bpel and I'm about 5.25 nbp now. My bpsfl is a couple lines from 6.5 now. I measured after hitting 2 OTS sets of 16 lbs 20 mins each. After measuring, I did slammers and I hit 12 lbs sd for 25 mins, then 14 lbs sd for 15 mins, then 8 lbs btc for 20 mins.

how sore are you gettng. when you bring trauma to you r dick it goes into a protectiontype mode. kinda like when you get hit in the balls. that actually could be a good thing it means you are catching good fatigue probably. it ought to give you reason to hit it harder....? hit i hard for a good 2 weeks and measure then. i dont measure i do visual measuring. also when you hang sometime it give horrible erections cause of stress etc.

Take a deep breath. When you absolutely demolish any muscle/tendon/ligamanet its natural response is to retract first. If you have ever torn any portion of your body you know this to be true. After hitting sets to all hell like that you penis is naturally going to want to go back and hide a bit in order to repair itself. Do consistent, intense work. All chips on the table and letting all hell break loose will only last for so long. Most important, stay positive and PUT THE DAMNED RULER AWAY!!!!!!!! That thing will do you more harm than good.

I don't know why this is - but sometimes, if I've taken a break for a while, it looks and feels bigger, and I get my best measurements then. Some people advocate the 7 on/ 0 off routine, but I think other people need the recovery time. Maybe you do too. Ease up a bit.
You have to give yourself props for your commitment as well, not many people would keep going for nearly a year after no gains. So maybe it's time for a decon break, then hit it up again in a month or so.

I gained .25 to my bpel, but after hanging so much lately that gain has gone away the past week. Bib said it's important to never take a day off from hanging.

he documents bpfsl prior to and post hang session. it may help ease your worrisome thoughts.

Bib isn't you. he is rarely wrong, but he doesn't have your dick and your body. your dick is CLEARLY telling you to take a break and cut down on the number of sets you're bashing out... do you need it in writing? this is what we talk about when we refer to listening to what you dick and body are trying to communicate with you.

my advice would be to take a couple of days off, regroup, and formulate a fresh plan of attack. a couple of days rest will not end your hanging career.

peace.

keep pushing

PK, now that you mention doing those other angles, AND other exercises, I think you could indeed be over training.

Why not just go with BTC hanging and nothing else for 90 days and see where that puts you?

Thanks for the advice everyone. I only hit 1 set on sunday and monday, so that served as a break. I'm going to hit it hard today. This is what Bib said to me. "NEVER take a complete day off because of skin irritation. Use Vaseline or a good Vit E lotion, and try to hang at least one set at reduced weight. You need to pull out the healing folds in the collagenous matrix. It will also make it easier to start back up with a full hanging schedule."

Painkilla,

I feel your frustration. Its not easy to devote so much time to hanging and see nothing for it. If you still have gains from stretching the ligs, then I suggested you stick to BTC.

Stay with BTC exclusively for the next month. Reach fatigue within the first set or two and continue to ride that fatigue

I know this is what you have been doing but I feel that maybe you are healing too quick. Try to split up your sessions so you you are getting in a a couple sets or so every 12 hours or use an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] to keep tension on the ligs from healing back to their original state.

Best of luck

Thanks everyone. The rest post is wrong. Bib explained that he needs to change it.

>"Recovery. You should completely rest for at least two to three days each week." Do I need to take rest days like this says?<

No. I need to change that. In fact, another guy wrote that for me when I first offered hangers, many years ago. I did not agree with it then, and surely do not agree with it now.

You should always go by what you FEEL. If you become completely fatigued during a set or a session, cannot hang even at greatly reduced weight, then you should take a day off. In that case, your body is warning of possible injury with the application of more stress.

The only thing I ever got from rest days was the increased possibility of discoloration and skin irritation when I started back up.

From a physiological standpoint, I cannot find, nor have ever heard, an explanation of why taking a day off could be beneficial.

Many guys measure a gain after taking time off, but this is simply from a decrease in swelling in the collagenous matrix, allowing the tissues to be extended more. This decrease in swelling goes along with an increase in strength of the tisssues, which makes further deformation harder.

So, if and when possible, try to avoid rest days.

dude that might be the key for u and mabey all those who hang. split sets in between and extend and heal in the stretched out position. pain you are you ng too so u probably heal fast. hell imma try to split myslef.

painekilla(SpitFresh), he also told you. "This is not a quick process. But if you consistently reach fatigue, you should see results shortly. One month is not much time.", along with "Not sure why you are skipping around with the angles."

It's the reason why I asked about your inconsistency and if you had a Plan of Action written out or you keep it in your head. It's the reason you only gained an quarter inch in 11 months and nothing for the last month.

I think you're back on track now. Get a written Plan of Attack if you don't have one. Stick with 1-2 angles, stayed focused and consistence with reaching your fatigue within 2 sets and up the weight (1-2 lbs) when you don't. Keep hanging . . .

I been hitting btc hard for a month and got no gains. Anyone got any tips? I thought I gained, but I measured today and I'm still the same. I dont take any breaks. I hang everyday even last night. Mistake with thinking I gained was I switched to a tape measure. I just switched back to measuring with a ruler and its the exact same as last year. Will I ever gain?
I suggest that you switch and do: LENGTHMASTER 3 Bundled Stretches and do manuals (stretch with your hands with the device). When you stretch with your hands you got more control, and it's safer.

Hanging make use of regular stretches, bundled stretches are superior to regular stretches:

Because you deform and elongated more tissue inside your entire penis (including your inner penis). The key to not get stuck in plateaus is to increase the intensity exponentially. If you keep the same intensity for months, there is a risk that you get yourself into a plateau. The penis needs to be stretched hard, when you perform active stretching. Remember you need to force it to grow.

When doing passive elongation stretching, than it's other rules. Your goal then is to just keep the temporary elongation for a long time to cement your gains

When you have been stretching for many months it's possible to come to a place where you get, approximately 1 inch of temporary length elongation after a session (on a good session). But you will not get this immediately when you are starting out.

It's also important to keep your tissue warm during your entire session, this will promote longer post elongation which means faster gains. It's also important to not hold back when you are stretching, your goal is to get maximum elongation so therefore you need to relax fully into the stretch (revers Kegel = relax your pelvic floor muscles completely). If you hold back the stretch or not engage reverse Kegels, your gains will come more slowly, or not at all.

Your penis is very tough and you can stretch it extremely hard with a safe progession to get to that point.

Rest can be a factor to this, so I recommend personally doing 3 days stretching, and then 1 day rest. Lubricate your penis with hydrocortisone 1% after a session, and all the other times you can use, Locobase® REPAIR. This works for me to keep my skin healthy and not dry and or damage.

Hope this helps.
