Most men, at one point, will reach a gaining plateau in length work. This happens for a few different reasons. What is happening with expressive stretching is you are literally pulling length from inside the body. I would think a combination of the two exercises would be best but one or the other should be added to your routine as this is an area of the penis that is largely untrained. The closest form of Penis Enlargement to effect this area is hanging but even in this state it is not that effective.
