Most men, at one point, will reach a gaining plateau in length work. This happens for a few different reasons. The biggest reason is their workout is no longer intense enough to keep the gains coming. Another is they will buy into the fact that they may have tapped out all gains possible. At one point ligament gains become harder and harder as the quick length gained from shorter ligaments will soon slow as the ligaments become longer and longer.

Reaching a plateau can be a good or a bad thing depending on how you view it. I have always looked at plateaus as an opportunity to change my routine, add something too it or revamp the whole thing. When I was coming up there was an elusiveness to where the gains came from. I was not always quite sure either so I pretty much kept doing what I was doing and if I added something new I would usually just make it a new part of the routine. Eventually my routines became very long and difficult to complete due to how much time and effort were put it.

Since that time it has become increasingly easy to see where gains come from and why. As I became smarter in my understanding of penis enlargement I became better at creating routines that piggybacked on the routines of the past. This was vital to keeping myself gaining through slower periods.

What worked best for me and still holds true today is a different approach to how I exercised. What came to me during one of my earlier plateaus was if I tapped out on lig gains for now how can I still gain length. At the time LOT theory was at it's height and I did not agree with a lot of it. Instead of concentrating on lig gains via basic stretching and shaft stretching I wanted to figure out how to get that internal penis out of my body:) Expressive Stretching was born.

This method of stretching became a very specialized technique where the focus of stretch was at the base an the internal structures below. After I tried the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for a few weeks I started to notice something about the suction, I was able to pump up to maximum and pull on the unit with a lot of strength. What is happening with expressive stretching is you are literally pulling length from inside the body. I would think a combination of the two exercises would be best but one or the other should be added to your routine as this is an area of the penis that is largely untrained. The closest form of Penis Enlargement to effect this area is hanging but even in this state it is not that effective. Using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or Ring of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] really focus on these internal structures. Eventually the ligaments will be forced into elongation again. To further the chances of this use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at it's most extreme lower position and despite how long your ligs are you will stretch the ligaments.

The effects of this type of training can be seen in almost immediately at the base of the penis. You will notice a thicker shaft at the base over your first few weeks and eventually this internal penis will become expressed and visible. I would urge you to continue with your normal pe and add in additional sets of expressive stretching.

Great thread. Thanks DLD for the information. I'm interested in doing these stretches in the near future. I haven't had tiem to read it all, but is the concept of expressive stretching to stretch as much as the inner penis as possible and u need to push at the base to expose it? If so, can this be done manually using just your hands? Example being, if I use my left hand to push at the base towards my lower stomach and pull with my right hand? Sorry if that made no sense lol.....just an idea

I wonder if anyone has come up with a way of measuring your stretching force my means of manual stretching. like X amount of pounds/kg being pulled.
 
I find doing the stretches in a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] are less painful than doing the expressive stretches. Those can be uncomfortable indeed around the anus region from the internal stretch but in the bath its much less muted. I use stretches from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in my sessions and they do work. I do a few left > right but mostly its straight up towards my navel which targets the inner penis like expressive's. Also stretching straight down with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but with one hand pushing the ring close to the body so not to lose suction will work great. I've managed to have the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] direct at 6 O'Clock in a stretch trapped between my thighs and than I stretch my legs straight out in the bath and lean my body back and reverse kegel ... that is one heck of a stretch to the suspensory ligaments.

Great Points Red! Especially with the ligament downward stretching. The more we express the more we can stretch.
 
I find that downward stretch really intense. Its really devilishly simple to perform as-well. With the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] we don't need to use our hands to grip our penis ... it does that via the vacuum. All we need to do is use some pulling power on the tube or in my variation its the legs and than grit our teeth because it can be a rough ride for sure. It aint no bed of roses when you stretch with such intensity but at no point should anyone become in pain!!! Remember a pain isn't good but a dull fatigue sensation is acceptable.
 
Great post indeed. I love how the posts that give the best information usually seem to get the least activity. Isn't that funny? Human nature I guess. The minority of people in life want to do what actually works. The rest love going around in circles and getting nowhere. I guess guys would rather rub ointments on their penises, thinks of theories, and not do Penis Enlargement than actually do what works. ;) The ''less is more'' approach.

I find most threads interesting, but are way outdated from couple years ago. I find good vibes here but bumping on old threads in the internet community is kinda rude, i guess here is not that way :)

It depends on the content. Lots of GREAT posts get bumped down the pages and need to be bumped back up sometimes.
