Im 25 from Ireland and struggle with some self esteem issues . Pretty annoying but common i think. I want to enlarge my penis but am worried about damaging it. Im hoping to just use jelqing. Any suggestions would be cool..

Now since your penis has no conditioning, you should realize that you must start from the bottom and work your way to the more and more intense exercises. Before I tell you what routine you should follow and where you should start- I must tell you that gains come slowly and with time. It takes time, hard work and a ton of DEDICATION to succeed in PE (and this goes for any aspect of life as well). Do not set your hopes too high at the beginning. Set a goal of gaining an inch in a year or so and either be surprised and see that you have gained even more in that period of time or just see that your goal has been accurately achieved. But believe me, if you set your hopes to gain huge size in no time- you might fall into disappointment and all the motivation you have can easily collapse. Do not measure weekly! Measure once every month or so. Again- gains do not come overnight and you might be very disappointed. Know that there are lots of brothers that work really hard and do intense routines for months to see gains smaller than a half an inch. There will be months where you see gains and there will be months where you won’t see gains. I, in no way want to demotivate you, I want you to expect the worst and not have a broken heart and lost your motivation and dedication. Expect the worst, if you get more than you expected- GREAT! , if you get what you expected- GREAT! This routine will not only get your penis stretched in different angles to give you maximum starting gains and give you mastery over the mother of all girth exercises (I believe this is said to be the first PE exercise documented), which is a very effective exercise as well, but will also condition your penis so that you can move on to the more intense exercises and therefore get more and more gains without hitting a plateau. Do not risk doing more intense exercises until you are conditioned and have at least a few months of PE behind your back. They might be more effective and more intense, but if you damage your penis, you’d have to stop PEing for some time (depends on how severe you injured yourself). That being said- I believe this is all you should know for now. AS written above- you will not hurt yourself if you do not overdo it and go over the intensities you should got to. Plus- in the beggining start off with some basic exercises such as stretching and jelqing (not 100% EQ though cause since you are new you should be careful). Hope that was helpful! Just starting out I suggest that you read two important threads that will get you on your way safely and effectively.

The Newbie Routine will give you basic, foundational exercises that will safely teach you the fundamentals of PE and how to practice them.

Thanks zambrodom, that is some really good advice, I also need to lose some weight which will make my penis look bigger obviously. Im like 6-6.5 now and quite thik already so i dont think i will do girth exercises, but i also have issues with circulation so i dont get erections properly have to take cialis. It sucks but ill get used to it. I think jelqing is meant to help with erections though right? and i know only jelq when 50 per cent erect. Im hoping to get to eight inchesin 18 months is that too ambitious? with the weight loss too i think it can happen.

The biggest thing you need to know is that this is a long process. It takes some guys over three years to gain as much as you want, and some take much much longer. The good news is, there are also guys out there that gain tremendous amount in as little as 6 months.

IMO you should do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for around three months and see what sort of results you get. If that doesn't work out too well I would say that if you are mainly focused on length look into hanging. I was unable to gain doing manual exercises, but I gained quite a bit using hanging.

Oh and about getting women, that is no big thing at all. Guys here can give you advice, but if you want something more focused on getting girls as opposed to penis enlargment then I suggest you look up some good PUA forums. ********************WARNING: PUA ideas and materials can either be VERY good or VERY bad, so it takes some work to figure out what is good and bad.

Ok sounds fair. well i watched that pick up artist thing , its not for me. Isnt hanging meant to be danerous though? How much did u gain from it in how long? if u dont mind me asking

6 6.5 well you are about half an inch away from 7 inches is great dude, whitin months you could gain more than u could have dreamed of

mmm you are still alive and kicking bro some of the bros here had a really messed up childhood too, and they are amazing people.Even when we live in different countries different places we are together in this, we share lots of things in common dont give up BRO you have won the battle !!

If you want to improve your circulation (EQ) why not take a look at this (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...orum/73357-kiss-the-below-100-eq-goodbye.html )?

The more erect you jelq- the better expansion you will get. For example- if 100 jelqs give you 10% additional blood in your penis- if you are 70% EQ this would lead to 80% fullness. If you do it 100%- you will get to 110% which is above your 100% EQ and can be considered a good expansion! Now you can gain with under 90% EQ as well, but the more erect you are- the better :). You are doing great beggining with 50%- get conditioned and then and only then you can safely move up the scale! :)

I think your goal is fine. Some gain it faster, some gain it slower, but as I wrote above- you are better off not having very high expectations!

About the self esteem thingy- I am the same, don't worry! I can recommend you some stuff I downloaded (illegaly of course!) from the net- "The Tao Of Badass" and "Double your Dating". Now I have those two, but are just too big of a read and I don't feel like reading so much on how to pick up girls. If it is PE or something... it's good rofl!

I hanged for about 8 months and gained around .875 inches. It is only dangerous if you are not cautious and don't pay attention. I, however, lost most of my gains from not properly cementing, which isn't because of hanging itself but from my lack of continuation. I am currently hanging again.
 
loosing gains really really sucks, you spent time and effort and all of a sudden you loose the gains you worked hard for damn>:(

I think about PE almost everyday and how big can i get, i suffer from low self steem too,its almost the end of the year and i have exercised for about 6 months only,but i enjoy it and i get excited everytime, i feel im gonna get gains but i have to exercise and work my ass off push harder everyday.Depression is something i have lived whit for years but i havent been able to overcome that burden.
 
Don't be intimidated by my name, I am here to help you and you should have no fears in asking. I understand feeling inadequate to women, I deal with this too. You are in the right place and many will come out to help you with good advice. Please take the advice and it will improve your life. PE in general, getting bigger and having a more powerful penis will bring you loads of confidence. I wish you the best my friend.
