I had a brief 7 weeks of Penis Enlargement starting on 18th April 2004 before I had to stop due to some thromboses.

For the first 4 weeks I stretched manually for 30 minutes in the mornings and Jelqed for 20 minutes in the evening.
Then dropped the manual stretching and started 15 minutes of erect clamping, 30 minutes pumping and 3 hours hanging and to my routine.

I still do not know what caused the Thromboses but I think it was the clamping.

My starting stats were

NBP 6"
BP 6 & 3/4"
base girth 5 3/16"
mid girth 5"

When I had to stop due to injury on 6th June 2004 my stats were

NBP 6 1/8"
BP ? it hurt to push the ruler in.
base girth 5 1/2"
mid girth 5 1/2"

Starting back stats on 8th Sept 2004

NBP 6 1/8"
BP 6 7/8"
base girth 5 3/16"
mid girth 5 3/16"

I worked my way back in slowly, starting at 5 minutes a day at 4hg and have now worked 3 x 8 minute sets during which I cycle the pressure from 4hg then kegel as I pump up to 6.5hg, keep kegeling for 2 minutes and then milk the tube as I cycle back down to 4hg and repeat for 10 minutes.

I plan on adding some light jelqing in between my pumping sets starting tomorrow.

My goals firstly are not to get any injuries as it was a lonely 14 weeks off.
If all goes well I want to get to 7" NBP by 5 3/4 mid girth.
 
4 x 8 minute sets.

The first set I tried with some padding on the end of the cylinder as without it it digs in a bit causing some discomfort.
Could not get a good seal so was constantly pumping to try to maintain 6hg, did not feel like a good set as I lost my erection too soon by concentrating on trying to keep a seal.

I noticed I was packing about 1/4" further up the tube for my last 2 sets than I did yesterday.

It is appreciated.

It's just great to be able to do any Penis Enlargement at the moment. I am getting back into it gently introducing one technique at a time, just trying not to crush any vessels :)

I bought a heat pad many weeks ago and used that as part of my treatment, I now use it every time before I Penis Enlargement.

To answer your question, I really enjoy pumping. One reason is because I can scratch marks on the cylinder and see if I am progressing in length or girth. I keep the pressure low and am able to avoid a donut and with milking the tube and kegeling I keep lymph swelling to a minimum.

I am too inexperienced with pumping and Penis Enlargement in general to answer that question DLD.
So far I have noticed gains whilst in the tube so that I am nearly back to where I was pre injury. Whether these gains will be permanent or not I do not know.
I like to jelq in between the pump sets because if nothing else it keeps my penis massaged and warm, the reason I do it at a low erection level is because I do not want to crush the dorsal vein again. As I get more conditioned I can jelq at a higher erection level.

I have a BIB starter that I have only used for 11 days back in May. I will see how the pumping and jelqing goes before I decide whether or not to start hanging again.

It's cool to find other people open to a pump/Penis Enlargement combination. I found my quickest girth gains were when I pumped. I just recently started adding it back into the mix, similar to you - pump, jelq, uli, repeat... I'm getting great initial results though I do get a ton of fluid buildup. Not only do I naturally get a lot of fluid buildup from jelqing and squeezes, I have a bad habit of pumping at a higher pressure than I should. I don't have a gauge so it's difficult to say.

Well good luck to you, I'll be watching your progress to see how that routine is working out for you.
 
Hi Alloy, good to know there are others that use pumping as part of their Penis Enlargement routine on here.

Congrats on your gains, .5 inch in length and almost an inch in girth is amazing since May.

It must be difficult for you to judge what pressure you are at without a gauge.

When I first pumped in May 2004 I used to get a lot of fluid build up and deformity. It meant I had to rest for a couple of days before I could pump again. Then I was told to try pumping at a lower pressure and for sets lasting only a few minutes so that I could get new oxygenated blood into the penis. Doing these things has eliminated fluid build up for me.

I know it is tempting to try higher pressures though, today I went up to 8hg on my last set for just 1 minute to get that extra 1/16 of an inch in length.

Unfortunately penis pumps are considered to be the epitome of desperate. I've never minded anyone finding any of my Penis Enlargement gear, pills, lotions, etc except my pump.

I know what you mean but to be honest I would not want my Mother to walk in on me whilst I was pumping, hanging or jelquing :)

Are you sure it's a bad thing that you could feel the vein? I can feel all sorts of weird shit when I jelq. I say this because pumping in itself yeilds very little, if any, substantial gains. I would hate to think I wasted a year pumping everyday for an hour to find my guy is no different from day one.

I am not sure if it's a bad thing to be able to feel the dorsal vein when the foreskin is stretched. I am just being cautious for a few weeks as the most important thing to me is to stay injury free after a long lay off.

I think the hanging helps with base girth because as soon as I went into the cylinder I was packing the first 2 1/2 inches which normally takes a few minutes.

After my fourth pump set my flaccid was 1 1/2 inches bigger than normal so I would have loved to put on a Penismaster on straightaway to try and keep that stretch. I started to shrink immediately, 1/4 inch went after just a few seconds. Now after half an hour I am only 3/8" longer than my normal flaccid.

Had to stop all Pe due to 2 big lumpy thromboses, one on either side of my penis.

I am gutted as it looks like I will not be able to get that inch in length that I wanted.
Last time I was off for 14 weeks, I just hope that they heal properly. Even if they do I don't see the point in starting Penis Enlargement again as it seems that my foreskin just does not like being stretched.
