I had a brief 7 weeks of Penis Enlargement starting on 18th April 2004 before I had to stop due to some thromboses.
For the first 4 weeks I stretched manually for 30 minutes in the mornings and Jelqed for 20 minutes in the evening.
Then dropped the manual stretching and started 15 minutes of erect clamping, 30 minutes pumping and 3 hours hanging and to my routine.
I still do not know what caused the Thromboses but I think it was the clamping.
My starting stats were
NBP 6"
BP 6 & 3/4"
base girth 5 3/16"
mid girth 5"
When I had to stop due to injury on 6th June 2004 my stats were
NBP 6 1/8"
BP ? it hurt to push the ruler in.
base girth 5 1/2"
mid girth 5 1/2"
Starting back stats on 8th Sept 2004
NBP 6 1/8"
BP 6 7/8"
base girth 5 3/16"
mid girth 5 3/16"
I worked my way back in slowly, starting at 5 minutes a day at 4hg and have now worked 3 x 8 minute sets during which I cycle the pressure from 4hg then kegel as I pump up to 6.5hg, keep kegeling for 2 minutes and then milk the tube as I cycle back down to 4hg and repeat for 10 minutes.
I plan on adding some light jelqing in between my pumping sets starting tomorrow.
My goals firstly are not to get any injuries as it was a lonely 14 weeks off.
If all goes well I want to get to 7" NBP by 5 3/4 mid girth.
