Oh Maz that don't sound good mate does it, maybe you should consider the docs mate, might be a tad embarrassing but i think i would.

I'd advise taking a full week off. That's what I did when I had that problem, and it hasn't come back since.
 
Well I haven't been to the doctors. My dick is healed now thank god. I've just adopted a new rule as to stretch while having much blood in the glans. I do this by gripping the penis as you would normally for manual stretches, then by gently squeezing the glans to expel most of the blood out of there. I do need some blood in there however to be able to grip onto something, but so far so good. No more blood :)
 
Since I've had to take time off my routine is now almost non existent. Save for a few stretches here and there. Although for the past few days I've done some clamped bends, they feel awesome. I'm going to be back next week with a new routine, with the clamped bends being my main focus of the workouts.
 
Finally got back into my routine last night. I did 3 sets of 15 minute clamped bends. Went good, except afterwards I had quite alot of fluid buildup under the skin on most of the shaft. Another thing even though I am clamped I don't remain totally engorged for more than 45 seconds while doing the actual bending exercise. This is a little discouraging, but with the clamp I find it much easier to obtain an erection. However it still makes my routine 2 or 3 times as long as it needs to be.
 
Just been doing erect bends the last few days. Don't know whether they're making me gain, but they sure as hell work the dick. My dick was sore all day yesterday after doing some intense bends.. unclamped mind you, which IMO would create some length gains where as the consctricted bends would be working girth.. not sure about this, but either way they are a great workout. I will be getting back into stretching full time very soon, just being a bit lazy lately.
 
Been fucking around for the last few weeks, hardly doing much Penis Enlargement at all.

I will however start a new routine Sunday seeing as these short, infrequent stretches and jelqs aren't doing anything for me.
 
In the last three months I've had no Penis Enlargement routines.. I've been extremely slack and I kinda needed the time off, coz I just wasn't able to concentrate fully on my Penis Enlargement coz of all the other shit taken up too much time in my life. Nothing much has changed with that but I know I need to start and do these exercises if I ever want a bigger bulge.

So.. bring it on!!

I'm going back to basics. *Newbie routine* incorporating the A stretches, i wanna focus on the tunica. IMO this is where the basis for serious potential length lays.
