Just been doing erect bends the last few days. Don't know whether they're making me gain, but they sure as hell work the dick. My dick was sore all day yesterday after doing some intense bends.. unclamped mind you, which IMO would create some length gains where as the consctricted bends would be working girth.. not sure about this, but either way they are a great workout. I will be getting back into stretching full time very soon, just being a bit lazy lately.
