That’s the spirit and that’s what I like to hear! I’m so glad you’re keeping a good attitude through this. It will only make you grow stronger.
 
Lil' update :

I've recently say that I would upgrade and go further in the Bathmate every 2 weeks
But It's just not possible Where I am, It's just too hard to push further for now
I now need more time to go further in the BM

So I'll try to go further every 3 to 4 weeks
My new BM routine will be like :

First week 15 min at ....
Second week 20 min at ...
Third week 2 x 10 min at ...
+ 1 x 10 min at ... +0,5 cm or 0,20 inch

And then reset :
First week 15 min at ...+0,5 cm or 0,20 inch
Ect ...

I hope I am clear in my description, I precedently hit 21 cm in BM without the confort pad I'll go back to 20 because over that number it's just too much uncounfortable
I'll build to 21 back but slower and I hope this time for good

Have you tried the SRT 5×5×3 routine yet? I would have a look at it because it is what most people use that pump and the results are amazing. Have a look through SRT to let me know what you think.

Yup I've already check it out, I just don't really like the slow squash jelqs ...

And you're probably talking about the lig just riping out ? would it be that bad(drunk)?
 
No worries, it's just air escaping. Happens from time to time, it's not a clear indicator of gains to come but there's certainly nothing wrong if there's no pain involved.
I've had it happen several times and overall the feeling I get is relaxation and comfort when the pop happens.
If it is to happen it happens, one should not try to induce it hard.
 
To my best recollection it's air / fluid between the connective points. And as said if there's no pain related to that release I wouldn't worry too much, at least that's what I've read.
Some can have loose ligaments overall. Nowadays I don't induce too many pops but when I'm stretching various parts of my body it can still happen.

There's likely a very good medical terminology for this, but I'm too lazy to bother searching for one. :P
 
Ligament pops or simply your penis cracking it’s knuckles LOL but seriously, just like your fingers when you crack your knuckles the same thing happens when you’re stretching your penis. Air gets trapped beneath the ligament and the pubic bone you stretch it away from the legend the Pubic bone and snap crackle and pop! ?

Looking much better! I’m glad you got a lot of work and didn’t miss many sessions. Consistency sometimes needs a tiny break.
