Hello people -

This is my first entry of my progress thread here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].
I’ve been doing Penis Enlargement for 2 months already, and bumped into [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] when searched for new material.
This is the most professional site I saw, so I decided to join the club :)

My current size is BPenis EnlargementL 5.5, EG 4.7.
My middle term goal is BPenis EnlargementL 6.5, EG 5.2
My long term goal is the magic combination of BPenis EnlargementL 8, EG 6.

I'm decisive to reach it in a period of one year from now, but I won't quit until I'll reach it.
I’m training on gym on a regular basis of 3-4 times per week for more than 10years.
I'm also doing lots of other aerobic sports such as mountain bikes and running so I'm familiar with discipline and know that long term gains require hard work, dedication and time.

My current routine composed of 5 sessions per week (3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off).
The session details:
- 5 minutes warm out
- 20 minutes of stretching (down, up, left, right, middle and some rotations)
- 30 minutes of jelq where 10 of them involves PC presses on each 10 jelq.
- 5 minutes cool down + testicle stretch
- 20 minutes of PC presses (3x40 for warm up, 3x200 of fast squeezes, 4x40 + 35 sec holds, 3x20 long presses of 5 sec press and 2 sec rest)

So I’m kinda new to it, and don’t know exactly how I’m gonna combine it with the manual exercises routine.

I have couple of questions in my mind right now -
1. Is the long term goal I set realistic?
2. Assuming it is, does my current routine is enough?
3. What is the best way to combine the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work with the manual work – use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] before the exercises or maybe after? (I already read the DLD routine, but it seems out of my league for now…)
4. Any other tips/suggestions are welcome – I appreciate experience and knowledge of veteran guys and I’m willing to learn whatever it takes..

Right now I wear it for 1.5 hour, 5 minutes off + massage and then wear it for additional 2 hours.
When I finish with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I go to my regular routine.
I read the “The way I wrap for FastSize [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words]” thread and tried out some different wrapping methods. Still working on it, but it gets better from time to time..

Anyways, I know I’m a bit new but I’d like to share some useful tips I found that work for me-
-Before doing any stretch exercise I put some talcum powder next to the penis head to improve the grip and prevent slippage.
-Sometimes when erection starts going towards 100% when it is not wanted, I bend down, moving my head towards the floor and by that blood flow on the penis relax and the erection goes down.

My starting stats are pretty much the same as your(I had less girth in the start).

Don't ever put a ceiling on what you think you can gain. :s I will say though once increase girth size you notice you don't need that much length. After I got some more girth I felt 7" is good enough.

I understood that you went from 5.4X4.8 to almost 7x6.5 – that’s impressive man !!
I guess you are right regarding the girth vs length issue, but I’ll be wiser when I'll get to these new length and girth dims. Until that comes I’ll keep the hard work both on length and girth.

BTW - I saw many posts related to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], seems like a great tool for girth – but right now I know I’m still a green newbie here, so I’ll wait with this for at least couple of months..

Sunday – 1.5 hours of my base routine (5 min warmout, 20 mi stretches, 30 min jelq, 5 min cooldown, 20 min PC)

In this week I begun to use the rice sock for warm up / warm down. I feel that it gave me significant improvement to the overall quality of the Penis Enlargement session. I feel my member is much more flexible and I can stretch longer and also jelqs became more efficient.

You don't want it to be uncomfortable but you do want consistent tension slightly beyond your erect size.

That is smart to train 7 days with some variance to exercise intensity, may really be on to something.

BPenis EnlargementL is 5.7 – gain of 0.2.
EG is 4.7 – no gain.
Although it’s just a small gain – it is always good to know that things are working.
As I said before, I have patience for this journey, no rush – good results always take time.

This week started with an injury caused by stretching exercises.
I tried using some gloves in order to make my grip better (usually I use some sort of powder), anyways the grip was very strong and I felt very good stretches. The problem was I didn’t feel that my fingers actually held the head, so I squeezed it so hard and for long time. After 15 min I took a look at my head and it was full of blisters.
I decided to do only girth routines this week, to let the blisters heal.

Sunday – rest day.

Whenever you are switching to a new grip be sure to check after every stretch to be sure you are not injuring the skin. Sometimes, if a wrap or grip is too comfortable it could mask things like blisters.

I'll do it when going back to streches... BTW - how long it usually takes to heal ? Should I stop the girth work as well ?

Anyways - this week I continued with the girth routines, blisters haven't completly healed.
I’ll be back on stretches in the next week, will take it slowly and safely.
I also tried switching to 5 on 2 off starting this week, will go with than plan for the following month if possible.

It is hard to tell, as soon as they are flat and without fluid would be the best route.

I found this kind of warmup very useful to me. I start the session with great amount of blood in my cock and maintain a firm eraction during the session.

I started with the stretching again, after long time due to my injury.
I use a part of sock I teared, wrap it around the base of the penis and pull.
Working this way prevents the blister to re-appear.
