This is my first entry of my progress thread here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].
I’ve been doing Penis Enlargement for 2 months already, and bumped into [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] when searched for new material.
This is the most professional site I saw, so I decided to join the club
My current size is BPenis EnlargementL 5.5, EG 4.7.
My middle term goal is BPenis EnlargementL 6.5, EG 5.2
My long term goal is the magic combination of BPenis EnlargementL 8, EG 6.
I'm decisive to reach it in a period of one year from now, but I won't quit until I'll reach it.
I’m training on gym on a regular basis of 3-4 times per week for more than 10years.
I'm also doing lots of other aerobic sports such as mountain bikes and running so I'm familiar with discipline and know that long term gains require hard work, dedication and time.
My current routine composed of 5 sessions per week (3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off).
The session details:
- 5 minutes warm out
- 20 minutes of stretching (down, up, left, right, middle and some rotations)
- 30 minutes of jelq where 10 of them involves PC presses on each 10 jelq.
- 5 minutes cool down + testicle stretch
- 20 minutes of PC presses (3x40 for warm up, 3x200 of fast squeezes, 4x40 + 35 sec holds, 3x20 long presses of 5 sec press and 2 sec rest)

So I’m kinda new to it, and don’t know exactly how I’m gonna combine it with the manual exercises routine.
I have couple of questions in my mind right now -
1. Is the long term goal I set realistic?
2. Assuming it is, does my current routine is enough?
3. What is the best way to combine the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work with the manual work – use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] before the exercises or maybe after? (I already read the DLD routine, but it seems out of my league for now…)
4. Any other tips/suggestions are welcome – I appreciate experience and knowledge of veteran guys and I’m willing to learn whatever it takes..
