Hi everyone, glad to be part of this great community.

So I'm starting a routine for the first time, and I would like to have your opinion

so :

1. 10 minutes Warm UP

2. 600 Basic Jelqing + 150 Later in the day (Using Vaseline)

3. WArm Down

4. 100 quick Kegel squeezes + 20 of holding for 5 seconds

right now I can't do stretching cause I get an erection when I start to stretch, and I've read that this exercise have to be done in 0% erection.


So guys what will I expect to gain from this routine please, my goal is to gain 1 inch in both lenth and gerth in 6 months. (maybe more in lenth)

Also any advice of how to cure premature ejaculation would be much appreciated :)

You have a good routine, I've started also with only jelqing, but I was doing something like 1000 a day, I can tell you, don't expect 1 inch girth in two months, girth requires lot more work than length, as for length it may be hard to get one inch in two months, perhaps you're gonna need three and a half months to get that first inch, key to success in this thing is to stay consistent with routine
Also you CAN do stretching while erect that's not bad thing, and if you get erection while stretching it's only in beginning after a while it goes as your penis adjust to it. Peace and good luck bro
 
hi. im new too but have to tell you ive been doing the pe exercises about 2 weeks now and my flaccid hand is about 1/2 in longer but man my girth and hard size is amazing my cock swells like it hasn't in along time im very much firmer and have intense orgasms .go slowly its the long haul that get the best gains . i intend to keep going im 56 and have the erection of a 25 yr old again lol. good luck:cool:

Well it's very possible in six months, I am repeating, stay persistent with your routine and you'll benefit bigger penis in short period of time

I'll try my best to stay persistent, I want to achieve a 2 inch lenth gain by 01/2016, going to do my best to achieve that. thanks m8 :).
 
As far as you're stretching issue goes I suggest that you masturbate right before your length session, this will give you the perfect stretching state. after masturbation Penis is in a much more malleable state than any other time. You'll feel the difference right away.

I'm afraid that masturbating every day will increases my premature ejaculation problem :(

This routine is basically the DLD's newbie, I've just removed stretching cause I thought its not good to stretch erect, now that you guys say thats OK, I'll go for it. hope i'll get to point I want to get in.

Stretching erect is just fine, as a matter of fact it is one of the best ways to stretch because when the penis is erect you will be stretching erectile tissue. If you desire you can masturbate right before stretching and that should allow you to exercise without the erection issues.

Add it as soon as possible, but go easy, it is really intense programme for girth, just keep in mind if you feel any kind of sharp pain, stop immediately...you don't want to end up with injury. :)
