Hi everyone, glad to be part of this great community.
So I'm starting a routine for the first time, and I would like to have your opinion
so :
1. 10 minutes Warm UP
2. 600 Basic Jelqing + 150 Later in the day (Using Vaseline)
3. WArm Down
4. 100 quick Kegel squeezes + 20 of holding for 5 seconds
right now I can't do stretching cause I get an erection when I start to stretch, and I've read that this exercise have to be done in 0% erection.
So guys what will I expect to gain from this routine please, my goal is to gain 1 inch in both lenth and gerth in 6 months. (maybe more in lenth)
Also any advice of how to cure premature ejaculation would be much appreciated
