The only disappointing thing today was that I did watch adult entertainment and ejaculated like three times in a row. But afterward I did do the pm routine because, I read on a recent post that stretching after masturbation and ejaculation increased the effectivness of the stretches because the penis is expanded and all loose. so I did stretch and the dld pulse 110's did feel different so I decided that every pm workout I am going to jelq first and then do stretches. I am not necceserally going to masturbate as I feel that jelqing expands the penis the same way masturbation does and I think that it should have the same effect anyway that's opinion and what I intend to do.

can't wait till tomorow for another awesome P.E workout (I'm addicted to this:cool:).

Friday 14 dec 2012 day 8: no adult entertainment

Decided to take today off because was feeling soreness in the shaft and the ligaments. I think the soreness was because of the Jelqing/masturbation before stretching yesterday. Im going to continue to do this because I mean nothing is more of indicator for a good workout than soreness the next day. So from tomorrow girth work before length.
