I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to fit a Penis Enlargement routine with my current schedule. I'm working towards 8.5" length, but I am currently deconditioning simply because my time constraints are immense but also I felt it time to give my mind a break.

I'm deconditioning for approximately 2 months. I'm going to continue to work length and may actually perform a full IPR cycle just to see if less work is really more gorwth long term. I can only stretch for 30 minutes or so and [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] the rest of the time. This is almost a quarter of the time I was using with my last routine as I had a bit more time to get the work done.

I need some help devising a routine that allows for a medium level of intensity but is also brief. I can usually wear the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for 6-8 hours. It's not a problem for me to get up early in the morning and Penis Enlargement, as I can then wear the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] the rest of the day. There is very little that I haven't done in Penis Enlargement as far as stretching goes, so any and all exercises can be chosen from. Any help is more than welcome.

DLD’s 10-Minute Workout

Warm-Up
Ball & LIG PC Stretch:
In a seated position grab your ball sack just above your balls and stretch down while with the other hand grabbing your penis just below the glans stretching upward towards your chin. Pull to a solid stretch. Do 25 PC Squeezes in this position now switch positions so your balls are pulled up towards your chin and your penis is pulled down-ward. Pull to a solid stretch. Do 25 PC Squeezes.

Length Routine
Basic Stretching:
Down to the center. Grab penis just below the head pull to full stretch potential and hold for 30 seconds

Up to the center. Grab penis just below the head pull to full stretch potential and hold for 30 seconds

Girth Routine
Dry Jelq:
Ten 10 second Jelqs
Get fully erect. Kegel as much blood as you can into your penis, then grab at the base and form a trap the blood with a standard OK grip. Now take the free hand, using an OK grip, slowly over a 10 second period milk the blood from the extreme base to just below the head.

3 DLD Isolated Compression Squeezes:
In a 95% erect state Kegel as march blood into penis as you can now trap this blood at the extreme base using the standard OK Grip. With your other hand grab your penis just below the glans (head) Now with some good pressure push these hands together so the area between the hands is compressed. Once in a compressed state make small rotary movements to the penis in space between your hands. Do this for a 30 second count.
 
D, Do you think that a really low intensity set of stretches, such as basic, with a low-moderate volume would return solid results when used in conjunction with an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]? I've never taken off this long before, and I'm hoping that I'll come out the other side not needing as much stress to grow.

Do you think it's necessary to work both areas, length and girth, when performing short sessions? I did length and girth at the same time back when I was a newb, but I haven't done both in conjunction in a while. Unless you count my pumping experience, which I'm not sure how I feel about working the pump for length.

I think anyone who has been in Penis Enlargement for awhile will definitely benefit from a period of no Penis Enlargement. I think that the penis becomes used to constant exercise and will almost become used to it, meaning gains will stop. A rest period will be beneficial as when you start again it will be shocked into new growth. It is almost like someone who has never done Penis Enlargement and when he starts he makes what many call "newbie gains". No matter how big you get a rest period will almost reset the penis and allow for new gains when you return.

Low level Basic Stretching may only serve to cement any gains you may have made. I think it's better to take the break and return to Penis Enlargement hardcore.

As far as girth and length in the same session, I don't think it makes any difference. I have always loved split sessions as I have a much better focus when they are at different times. For me, length takes a much different mindset than girth.

I will always believe that intensity is the best route to gains.

Man I wish I could break like that. I don't think i can live with it like that. Id be thinking like, damn no Penis Enlargement, no growth. At least for me I couldn't stand not peing.

It is a difficult thing but you need to realize that you went most of your life without Penis Enlargement. A break, sometimes, is just the right medicine. I have done it (actually I am taking a break now besides my new PC work). This not only allows you to rest the penis but it helps you to reset your mind and get a new perspective on Penis Enlargement.

most def. At the time of my incarceration I had a break, even though the pe I was doing was shit to me. Came back and made good gains.
 
DLD, I'm not sure if a "hardcore" approach will ever again be a possibility for me. My schedule is increasingly demanding and time runs very very short. I think I might be able to Penis Enlargement first thing in the mornings, by waking up around 4:00 in the morning, and use my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for 6-8 hours during the day. This would allow maximum exposure to the stress throughout the day, but would also allow me to not worry about it during the day. I'm going to keep everything as separate as possible, length is what's important to me at the moment and is what I've been striving for since starting Penis Enlargement. Girth will be something that I focus on if, and only if, I'm not able to work a proper length routine with any consistancy. Any thoughts?

I have a vac-extender. I love it. It's been the best addition to my Penis Enlargement regimen, and I've bought quite a few gadgets over the course of my Penis Enlargement career. I'm really enjoying my break so far, and I'm looking forward to getting back into it when the time is right.

DLD, I'm thinking of going with a length/girth combination once I'm back.
