Hi, I introduced myself in newbie forum. I think I aske too much question, so I dont spam further I will ask questions here and be patient about answers. I think I have also interesting case, because Im post OP very interested in natural PE.

Im over 30 and never did PE before my operation in start of December 2014. Now I would like to increase the size using my recivery time and continue after it. I think there will be coming guys like me in the forum, so we can dedicate this thread to them.

My questions:

1. How to use my time best after operation, because I can get better gains in these couple of months while im recovering. I think I need to use it wisely.

2. Is 3-4 hours a day of [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]Jes[/words] Extenderer enough?

3. What else you recommend me? I would like to do ine session morning and one afternoon.

well if you got a surgery for penis enlargment then...
1.you can use [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at low intensity and slowly increase with time....try doing kegels to strengthen PC muscles and get rock hard erections but dont do many only few a day.....
2.well depends on you cuz you are a beginner and had surgery so i personally would start with less time and increase ......
3.i think you should take it a bit easy on yourself ..
4.always do jelqing and girth workout after a length workout...

since you have had surgery i would suggest take everything at a lower pace and low intensity....if you feel you have no problem with these then pull and jelq as much as you want until you feel a any pain that is discomforting

Now im doing 2 x 45 min morning, 2x 45 min evening. Intensive Extenderer stretch. I had 2 week low intensity stretching. I feel ok now.

Im planning to start jelqing and stretsches.

Where I can see kegels routine and how many you recommend?

next year is too far ..maybe in 1-2 months you will be able to use it longer than 3 hours....the more you use [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] , the faster you will gain but always take it off evry 30-60 minutes and take a break and then wear again

BUT keeping in mind that you have had surgery......ALWAYS work at your pace and dont rush into anything.....any discomforting pain should be a sign to back off.

You will want to use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] before girth work (Jelqing). If you wear after your expansion will make it difficult to get a good stretch.
 
Finish alL 4 hours withe extenderer and than do routine step 1, or to do sets - (round of basic stretches, 1 hour extenderer + 100 jelqes) x 4?

OPTION 1. 4 hours Extenderer and than routine 1.

OPTION 2. 4 x (basic stretches, 1 hour extenderer + 100 basic jelques)

Erection length is gained though the process of cell division and repair. Much in the same way that we tear and breakdown our muscles while we lift weights and they repair and grow bigger and stronger, we are doing the same thing with our PE. The stretching causes micro tears to the tissue in the penis, and as the penis repairs (especially when repairing in the lengthened position) it grows larger like any muscle.

1. Keggels before lenght or girth work?

2. Keggels with erection or flaccid?

3. Is it important how you split keggels? 10 now, 30 after 2 hours.... Is intensity important?

Kegels play a critical roll in DLD Blasters and I would say this is where it is most important to schedule them. Aside from that ypou can do them at any time or anyplace throughout the day.

I do kegals all throughout the day, I try to do about 500 a day. Sometimes when driving, or sitting at my computer. Whenever I can.

As far as when to do them during PE. I will do them during many of my girth exercises, but not usually my length.

Definately I feel sour and tired downstairs. Today I will take rest. Maybe only keggels. But even that department feels sour. I did first five days of routine.

I feel improvements. Although deeply depressed lately, this gives me good chills.

And yes, thanks Jake and DLD on replies. Once when I come to States, Im taking you for burrito. 😄

Today I made my training and after my Jelking session I had to break every 40 repetitions to jerk a little to get erection. So I did 7 series of 40 reps.

That worried me a little and also after I finished session I continued masturbating and when I came, there was no "fountain", only spill. Thats not usually how I "finish".

Is this because tiredness of PC muscle?

did my beginners routine for a day. I see improvements in girth, but lehght is still same. My EQ is not good. I have to jerk between jelks and do them 40 by 40. Its not problem while Im in 300 jelks a day, but when I go 600, it will become.

Poor eq can be responsible for length gains not being present To get a good length measurement you will need to be 100% erect. I am happy for you in the girth department. Restimulating yourself during a jelqing session is completely normal.

My EQ is still low. I was only 15 sec fully erect and measured 1/5 inch gain. 😄👍

By the way, I hate upward basic stretches. I dont know how to grip. Nightmare!

Congratulations on the gains! With upward stretching you need to grip with a bit of baby powder and stretch upward even though you feel very little. The reason for this is you are stretching the Tunica, which is the most dense place to stretch.

I feel pain inside of base from both sides. I took day off PE, but still it hurts when I push deeply. To take another day off?

I asked similar question earlier, but didnt hit the point I want to ask.

Is it better to Basic stretch and then use extenderer (stretch it maximum and then keep it in this stretch with extenterer)

Or

To use extenderer and then basic stretch (basically you enter maximum stretsches prepared with extenderer)?

Exactly correct. Basic stretching also hits many angles that are not possible with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words]. The combination of both manual stretching and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] make for the fastest length gains.

Lately in doing beginners DLD routine + two hours of extenderer. Still EL is very slow in showing. After operation, doctor said that I should gain 1 inch in 4 months EL, but I didnt use extenderer one month because private life. (He said 4 hours a day, so scar doesnt retract).

After I month i started manual stretches from routine and scar bleeded, because probably retracted. Now its ok.

My question is is better DLD basic stretches + two hours extenderer or 4 hours of extenderer?

Work your way up to 4 hours as you can handle it. 4 hours is better, but you can't always just start there, sometimes you need to adjust to 2, then 3, then 4 hours a day so you don't injure. 4 hours is the optimal time to wear the device though.
 
Problem is that I cant find so much time (5,5 hours) a day, if u include routine also.
Also, if I do it i get even more depressed sitting around. Problem with extenderers is boredom and that you have to lay or sit still.

My second problem is that I have to masturbate after jelking. I cannot resist it.

I don't lay or sit still in my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at all, put it in the 12 o'clock position (straight-up) and cover it with your pants and shirt and do your normal household activities. It doesn't stop me from doing anything.
