Well, I'm back in the full swing of Penis Enlargement. I've had my first length session in more than two months and I feel good about it. I took starting measurements. I came in at 8.25" BPFSL. My routine is basic stretches for 3 rounds SD to the middle, left, and right, along with 30 rotary cranks in between rounds. This is very very basic, and I intend to keep it that way for the first few weeks. I'll be jelqing in the evenings for no more than 300 reps to start. I'm going to take measurements every 4 weeks. I will however take time off as needed, which may end up being a 7 days on 7 days off IPResque schedule, and I might actually follow a proliferation routine for the 7 days post session to see if that adds anything at all.
 
Also, I'm wearing the vac-extender for 2 hours working up to a 4 hour wear time in the next week or so. I hope to be able to wear it for 8 hrs. consistently with no real issues aside from taking it off to go to the bathroom.
 
My length routine yesterday was the same as day 1. I've got to take the time to recondition my hands to holding a stretch for extended time periods. I also wore the vac-extender for about 5 hours yesterday. I had no sensitivity problems and I was really no worse for the wear afterwards. I did not jelq yesterday, as I think I will keep my girth work on an every other day schedule. I am primarily interested in completing my length goal, but gaining a bit of girth would be an added bonus. I personally fall into the line of thinking that stretching both the vertical and lateral fibers of the tunica can lead to a thicker and more tightly bound matrix. I have seen very solid and rather rapid increases in length over the last 6-8 months with a very straight ahead length approach with [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] support. This strategy has had me making the most consistent gains even when compared to my initial growth spurt. I'm going to follow this current basic stretching routine until I start to feel loose in my tunica again and then I will move into more intense stretches with about the same volume, depending on how long it takes me to get to where I feel loose again. Who knows how long that could be because I've never deconditioned to this extent before. It should be interesting to see how this goes.

I've gone through the first three days. I've hit solid length workouts on all three days, with just the basic routine. I only managed about 3 hours with the vac-extender but that gives me around 12 hours total for the week. That's a solid number for the first week. I'm really enjoying the jelqs on an every other day schedule. I'm adding 50 reps per session for the first week or so, since it is an every other day thing that would take me up to around 450 in two weeks which is when I think I'll take my first week off for proliferation, or I might actually do that this following week. I'm not real sure how I feel about just wearing the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words].

I've really been focused on this routine, and the jelqs have been an amazing addition to my length routine so far. We shall see how this progresses.
 
Well, today's session was exceptional. I measured a tick under 8.5" FSL and I'm extremely happy about that. Everything is going well and I'm very excited about being back in a Penis Enlargement routine. I can't really imagine measuring 9" in length in any of the ways we measure but it's looking more and more likely that it's going to happen at some point. That is a crazy big number, and I'm really looking forward to hitting that someday soon.
 
Well, the first week is almost in the books. I couldn't be happier with the time that I took to decondition, and I'm noticing that my ligs are actually sore. I'm still only doing 3 rounds of basic stretches, but I added 10 total cranks per set. That's got to be one of the best feelings I have ever experienced, it's as if I can feel the ligs becoming longer with every rotation. That's actually something that I had left out of my most recent routines and now it's something that I will probably keep into ALL of my routines. It sort of breaks up the routine into two distinct parts which is interesting as well.

I wasn't able to hit the jelqs tonight, but that's ok since I ended up getting close to 8 hours in the vac-extender today. I know that everything is moving in a positive direction, and I am very happy thus far.
 
I've taken two days off since Friday. I got in 6 solid length sessions and 3 very solid jelqing sessions. My penis is looking more full and is definitely getting longer. I've cold measured right under 8.5" FSL. I'm going to be back on as of tomorrow, and will more than likely work a 5-6 day schedule and then take two days off. I have issues with skin sensitivity when I get to around days 5-6, so I end up not really feeling like Peing on those days. I will hopefully toughen up a bit in the next few weeks but it's a wait and see sort of thing. Everything is going well thus far and I'm going to continue to work hard and stay focused.
 
Well, this week's sessions have gone very well. This week I am working on the SO angle with the basic routine. I'm going to do two rotations with a week in between for proliferation work. What I am doing is working for a minimum of 5 days with a day or two off in between for skin healing and then I am changing angles. I'm working in this manner to hit the ligaments and the tunica equally and see if I can cause growth. So far I've gotten to 8.5" FSL in the 11 days I've been back. That is a cold measurement as of today. I'm really surprised to see a .25" increase in such a short period of time. I'm slacking on the jelqing, mainly because I'm freakin' tired and my hands are just plain ol' worn out. I'll probably get them in tonight and then I'll be just length tomorrow.

What I'm noticing with this routine is that I can get the work done and move on with my day. I am not having to be overly intense or perform a huge volume of work to achieve the gains I'm seeing. I think this is a mix of the tunica relaxing and becoming more flexible while I also think that the jelqing is supporting the length gains by increasing circulation in the evenings. It's summer and it's the perfect time to have a huge flaccid. I'm really not sure how the jelqing is adding to the regimen, but it seems to be a very solid addition when compared to the results I made without it. I've also noticed that my EL is slightly longer and a bit thicker than previous, but I'm not going to measure that for at least two rotations on this plan.
 
Well today's workout went well. I stopped over at autoextender.com and noticed that there are some new goodies available. I'm going to be placing an order in the next few days, once I hear back from MB and hopefully will have the anti-turling sleeve with the auto-v stretch and the new leg/waist setup with the metal loop ring instead of the spring loaded clip. I really like this device and with these new additions I can only imagine this being another step towards that end goal size. I've read a few posts about the auto-v stretch being incredible as well as the anti-turtle sleeve being a great way to break from being in the vac-extender as an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. I am going to take the weekend off and hopefully things will be a bit less sensitive in the coming days. I'm hoping to be in full swing this next week with a 7 day on and 7 day off regimen. I'm going to go back to what was working so well, as far as dealing with my skin sensitivity issues, and manage it with a solid routine for 7 days and the use the next 7 as proliferation work using the vac-extender and hopefully the anti-turtle sleeve. I think that should help me solidify my gains a bit more quickly and hopefully I can start inching closer and closer to the 9" club.
 
Well, I've been back for a few sessions this week. I've stepped up the itnensity a bit going back into a-stretch blasters and trying out the new reverse a-stretch blaster that DLD wrote about earlier this week. It's a fairly intense superset and I've actually gotten sore in my tunica. I'm also using Rb's fake arm stretch to fatigue the tunica further if my hands start to give away so I can use both hands to help grip below the glans. I've also gone back into doing skin stretches to loosen the skin so I won't be limited by skin tension during my sessions. This was a big key over the last training cycles as I hadn't done length work in a long while so I had a good bit of loose skin. BIB has written extensively on the necessity of skin stretching as it is a significant limiting factor.

Can you tell us more about it? How can i stretch both fibers?
 
Well, I was out of town for the weekend, so I essentially did nothing as far as a routine goes. I did do some basic stretching, for loosening purposes, in and after taking a shower. I should be back in a routine starting tomorrow.

DEX, I'm not sure I understand what you are asking. Could you expound on what you asked in your last post?
 
Well, everything is coming along very well at the moment. I'm using the vac-extender with the auto-v stretch, usually starting with the a-stretch position and finishing with the v-stretch for 15-20 minutes a piece. This device seriously kicks some ass, the brilliant thing about it is the simplicity. Anyway, hopefully I'll be healed up enough to go back to my manual routine and use the vac-extender as icing on the manual cake. At the same time I'm wondering if I should just stick with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] because I'm reaching fatigue and then I'm ADSing afterwards, so there's not much difference except that I'm not putting forth any physical effort. I'm thinking that I may be better off sticking with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for a time and see if it really works as well as it seems to.

I've also worn the snti-turtle sleeve and it's a fantastic purchase by itself. I have used it first thing in the morning and then later in the evening after a good 6-8 hours of [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] wear and I am hanging longer and longer in the flaccid state. I basically have something on my penis all day it seems, but so far it's been worth it. On the one hand the anti-turtle sleeve gives a monster hang and I do get quite a few stares and even a comment on "tucking it back".
