i feel like this is something that would be pretty easy for someone who know how to do it to design. it's not to complicated of an action. the most costly part would be designing into a PE tool

And the molds that would need to be made along with the design prices, it could be a very expensive risk.

Molds no problem can be made. Cast iron, aluminium, gun metal, copper, plastic any type products can be casted. Last time I got a mold made for my industry for a plastic product ( PPCP NAME OF THE PLASTIC ). Dimensions of the product length 8 inches , outside diameter 48 mm , inside diameter 42 mm.

As my product was simple the mould costed me 1200 dollars. You give me a drawing with some dimensions then I can tell you the cost. And the material of the product.

Exactly. We have ordered every conceivable option out there and are running our test against them all. When this comes out it will be all the rave because we can see where there is much room for improvement over all the competition. I think when beta testing begins people will realize just how much we put into this. As I said, I want to create a whole new method.
