You could simply wrap a heating pad around your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] while it is in use, this would not be so messy and would accomplish the same thing.

I got an ideea to make a portable heating pad powered up by a 9V battery to wear it ouside during the winter, it's very doable and extremly cheap but I did not had the time so far to get into it.

Quick question how will you keeep the water from cooling down and transform into an mini-iceberg into your pants when you're walking out during an east-european freezing winter?

I have always wanted to make a heating pad just for the penis but never got around to it. It's an infrared wrist pad.
Can use a outlet/external battery/car charger.
The usb power pack was said in a review to last around 30min, but can be used w/ other usb power packs to last upwards of 3hours.

Seems like the perfect warm up device.

Would be nice to know how quicker this is to hit 104 deg F than a heating pad is.

I'm down with infrared. Never used it though; is there a chance of burns either on its own or in combo with PE creams/oils
