This exercise is very simple and will kickstart the gains for every hardgainer out there.Your penis will be forced to grow in order to survive.

The Exercise :

Stand up and get in the final position of the Mandingo stretch as described here >> http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?55350-The-Mandingo-Stretch-As-Named-By-Blue-Whale

Now simply put the opposite arm(V-shaped) on the extreme base of the penis beneath the arm holding the mandingo stretch = your skin between your thumb and the index finger should be the spot where you are applying downward stretch.

Now at the same time with the right arm apply the regular mandingo stretch and with the opposite arm(forming a V) apply downward stretch at the same time.

Imagine you want to rip your penis appart thats what your intention should be(methaphoricly).

If you do the exercise right you will instantly feel incredible pain inside your penis as a result of the stretching force beeing applyed to your tunica,your bulb and the inside of your penis around the anus and underneath the balls.

Lol seriously, jokes aside just tried this and it is a ridiculously good stretch. Been neglecting length since I started Penis Enlargement, but my new girth makes my penis look shorter in comparison. Going to start a new intense length routine, and will be definitely including this as an upgrade to the old style Mandingo Stretch. (along with BTC rotaries, Hardcore Bathmates and possibly sock stretches)

Victory shall be mine :D

Thank you Blue Whale, how long and how many sets would you recommend i work up to for maximum gains? Do you still feel onc can gain an inch in a month with this one if done properly?

Do as much sets as you can while maintaining 100% intensity as far as stretching force is concerned anything below that is ineffective and is just an aerobic workout for your penis and will not "provoke" adaptation mechanism response from the organism and will not produce gains.

As far as exact gains are concerned its almost impossible to tell.Its a individual thing and many factors and variables play in the final outcome but most important thing is to know that "you" hold the key to the gates of succes its just a matter of putting hours and hours of heavy duty grinding work no ifs no buts about it.

i'm not 100% sure how to do this, but i did my own version and stuck my left hand's palm at the very base of my penis while doing the stretch and pushed down hard. it gave me an incredible stretch and hurt really good
 
BUMP. I know that some will find this through BW's ultimate length routine thread that has recently been bumped but all these great, innovative exercises need to be kept upto date. And that's coming from me who doesn't do anything more extreme than basic stretching yet :)
 
Two bad that more people didnt try this exercise.Its really a matter of survival for the penis with this exercise.Adapt or be torn out.Simple as that.
 
I am going to bump this because I think it's great stuff.

I have really been struggling to gain more length, I'm a hard gainer when it comes to length. I gain girth quickly and it stays, I just need more powerful stretches for the length and need to discipline myself to take the time necessary to do the right wrap, be patient, and stretch more.

I'm going to start this stretch today and let you know what I get.

I get the most length during a length workout doing this exercise. I can hit 5.75'' flaccid hang after these where as other exercses i only get 5.5'' flaccid hang. I've been doing 1 min sets, i might drop down to 30 sec sets for more power in the pull. 1 min feels like im pulling hard but can't sustain close to 100% effort for a minute. If i pull really hard i can feel that inner stretch by my ass.

No problemo.Keep up the good work.Very underrated exercise.Most people havent even tried it.
 
I took a break from length work for over a year. I'm back at it and doing these for the past couple of months exclusively. I feel the stretch in my ligs and it's easy on my glans.

It's like more bang for your buck if you can hold each rep for 3 to 5 minutes you can get a full workout in half the time it would take for other stretching exercises. When I'm done I notice an increase in flaccid length.

If it gets too hard on my wrists to get that intensity I'll simply twist my unit a half turn and I get the full intensity with no strain on my wrist.

This is my current favorite length exercise. Thanks Blue Whale!

Would you say this exercise is an expressive exercise or a tunica exercise or both???? I'm trying to figure out what the best manual exercise is for expressing inner penis???

Where you grip or attach or stretch from determines how much you are expressing, the lower the grip or device, the more intensity you are applying to expressing internal penis.

DLD i tried what you said, instead of putting the index finger under the glands and doing the mandhingo i put my big finhger round so it brought the stretch a bit further down the shaft if that makes sense. But it worked and i nearly hit 6.25'' flaccid from it!!!

What do you guys use for better grip here? I tried the sock thing but it doesnt work for me, it slips away... are there any pictures/videos explaining how to do these with extra grips ?
 
It's awesome I have discovered all these stretches that I have never done before. All of these stretches certainly would have saved me all the hours I dedicated to hanging years ago, thereby possibly making the same gains I made in hanging or maybe even better results.

I have discontinued my hanging routine for now that I am doing all these stretches such as the Mandingo Stretch, Mandingo V Stretch, DLD Blasters Bundled Downwards and Upwards, A- Stretches Downwards and Upwards, Rotary Stretches, and especially incorporating the reverse kegals into my rountine are a great idea.

I can do these stretches twice a day before and after work in under 1 hour.
 
Has somebody got a video of that exercise?I know how to do the normal mandingo stretch,but I do not know how to do that one.My english is not good enough to understand everything

It's quite simple, with the opposing hand create a fulcrum to apply a downward force while pulling with the Mandingo stretch.
