I think there is definitely a muscular assimilation with Kegels and Muscle work. In the harder you Kegel the more it goes to building strength but when training Kegels fast you will be working on endurance. The two both play an important roll in the Gym and in PE.
 
Long overdue, but I've got some stats!!!

From the last time I'd posted, I'd decided to put a hold onto PE since I'm working every day of the week and it's a struggle working PE as it was either that or lose some sleep. It's frustrating when this sort of time comes, but just like every other metaphor, you've just got to keep on going...

And kept up with some kegels (when I'd remembered to) throughout the day and some stretching when I'm not busy...

Measuring yesterday and I'm punching 17.7cm BPEL with 18.5cm BPFSL!!! Absolutely stoked I've managed to cement, or at least sustain, these gains since stopping the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and most of PE... but I'm delighted to see that I'm right at 7" and at a full erection reaching just past it.

I've got to thank everyone for all of the support they'd given towards myself and every other brother of the hood in progressing with PE. I'll be back later in the next year when I start part-time work, and fully dedicate the rest of my non-work days to PE where I'm confident I can gain past my current size.

It's great because now I've got a bit of a bush, I can definitely see that I'm larger than what I was before and it'll be quite a surprise to see myself shaven.

Has anyone ever gotten down to their BPEL? Does anyone know how lean you'd have to be to get to that point?

Great job cementing the gains. My only recommendation would be trying to at least stuff in some manual stretching if you can stand it. Just see where it takes you, and it would definitely be a great help with cementing.

You can definitely help the fat pad by losing weight, and doing kegels like crazy. The Kegel crunch exercise also sounds promising, but there's still going to be a little muscle pad left even if you kill all the fat. A tenth inch could be possible theoretically, but there's always going to be something.
 
Thanks man! I've been trying to do some manual stretches when I can, and usually do so before and when I get back from work. It's bad enough that when going to the toilet, time is added because of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrapping so I'm unable to get away with the stretching at work.

Yeah, the kegels are working great. Although admittedly I'm not doing enough of them to notice any increase in pleasure, but the erections are definitely stronger.

I'll get to a lean condition by mid-May next year and hopefully by then I would have started some part-time work so I can dedicate more time to PE, whereas now I guess could be considered maintenance (though I'm certain these cm won't leave me..) plus flaccid length work because of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s!

So, it's possible that when at a lean condition, you could be looking at pressing just 0.2-0.5cm into the pad? I suppose I won't really know until I find out :)

I'd never thought I'd believe PE would work (mainly because of all the bad rep it's had especially on hoax websites and adult entertainment [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words]) but I can safely say to any brother who's thinking of getting into PE, to get on with it. I'm thankful for the length gains I've made in such a short duration and hopefully there'll be more in the future, I don't like having to put my PE workouts on pause but it's essential to do so right now.

I've got a couple of old dick pics lying around somewhere so when I spot them, I'll upload them to show the noticeable differences.. I'm not able to get a picture of me bone pressing because I've got to straighten out my dick to measure the whole thing (banana curves...)

I'll be around here and there on the forums every now and then, but will resume this workout completely in the new year and we'll get to see if I can still gain or not :D
 
Strangest thing is it seems, even after stopping the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] I still managed to gain extra cm... I'd kept up the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for a short while and was still gaining from that. Now I've managed to sustain what I've made, I hadn't actually stretched in a while (just to keep the wrap on) so now I'm resuming managed manual stretches to see if I'm able to gain just from that.

Back in 2/3 weeks... ;)
