I was watching a movie and I don't even realize I was stretching for like an hour atleast I mean I wasn't holding stretches for even maybe 30 seconds long but still stretching and keeping on my stretches as I watch the movie...
so i have an important question.. is there a minimum time that you have to hold the stretches? like 10-20-30 seconds? and does it really matter if you hold for less than 30 sometimes ? by that I mean will I not gain at all if I hold at a max intensity for less than 30 seconds at random times?
