Realistically, I would give yourself two years and mix in manual stretching (DLD content).
5-6 on, 1-2 off. Whatever works for you.
Allright man. I’ve started
hanging already with 1 lbs.
I’m conditioned with 3 months [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and 3-4 months [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]

hanging sets.
I’ve started with 6 mins bundles clockwise and counterclickwise and 10 mins infrared wrap warming up. Now I’m doing my first
hanging set ever
Should I start increasing
weight immediately to hit fatigue on the 2nd or 3rd day?? Because I’m not used to
hanging. Is it okay to increase lbs?
Like should I increase tomorrow with 1 or 2 pounds? Or should I work my way up within a few weeks till 2.5-3 pounds? And then from there on starting with your progressive
hanging guide?
I want to max out gains on every 1 lbs, and increasing
weight by a few 100 grams each day is this possible or am I already way too conditioned?
What are your recommendations?
