I was thinking again and again whether I want to reply to you because I was sure you are going to argue with me like most people do when they are online, and I don't like to argue with people online because they don't read a word I say. I like your reply even though I don't 100% agree with you, your reply is very smart and you gave me good impression.
I also think it's great that you don't drink cow milk (I hope that by "milk" you meant all dairy product as well), that's the worse thing you can put in your body. Just focus on rice, corn, potatoes and drink enough water and you good to go!
BTW: I think you deserve it so I give you my advice: Don't be like everybody else. Don't afraid to make mistakes and admit it when you are wrong, that's the only way to consistently improve yourself and your knowledge and become a better and smarter person.
