I just tried something new and I think I'll share. I did it with a long glass filled with HOT water, but this could be applied with a warm cloth, too.

For your post-heating, get your cock clamped and and heat it up. Now while heated and fully engorged - start Kegeling you PC muscle to it's limits.

Done this only once(15mins ago) but I'll definetly do this in the future. Felt great and got nice expansion. I also left the clamp on(it's not too tight) afterwards to furthermore promote growth.

HEAT during the session is definitely a benefit! I just worked girth for a total time (work time) of about 30 minutes. I used a plastic drink cup. Filled it with some tolerably hot water, and dunked my penis over my toilet for a few minutes before lubing up for my girth session. I then worked girth for about 10 minutes. I took another short break to repeat the heating process. Did this a couple more times, re-heating my penis every 10 minutes-ish. I got a pump equal to what it would normally take me around an hour of work to achieve. WOW! Gonna start doing this EVERY time I work girth now!!

This is proof that warm water pumping is superior to dry pumping. I gained from dry pumping though. I get bigger expansion from wet pumping.

now im thinking to get those motorcycle hand warmers, they're cylindrical and fit on the bike's grips, and it seems they can fit also when the penis is wrapped or when wearing a sili sleeve, i might try it after discovering the benefits of heat
