Is it good? And should I add 5-10min of bundled stretches before my routine, like in earlier weeks?
On another note, my rods in my Andro are kinda too short to progress. I have only 0.8cm/0.315 rods left per side. And I only started using it today. Maybe when I attach PF bell tigher to that support thing I can increase tension a little without adding rods, but seems like I need to buy some rods. Good thing they sell it in pack of 9 cm/ 3.5 in total, so it should be enough forever.
BTW: How people with large girth fit in this? I'm not even 6 in girth and base is kinda small. Not too small for me, but for a guy with 7 " girth?
