Hey guys. I havn't gained shit since Feburary in terms of anything. All I have been doing is clamping, and I havn't gained a dime. It is getting frustrating. Here's a look at my routine over the past few months

When I was clamping I was doing like 20-30 min take a 5 min break then 20-30 more. Id do this anywhere from 2-5 times a week, probably averaged 3 or 4. Tryed 1 on 1 off etc nothing seemed to work so lately. Past couple weeks I have been doing 20 min 10 min break 20 min 10 min break, and then sometimes another 20. These sessions I make sure are inteste. I also upped the days to about 5 consistantly sometimes 6. I dont do any length work, becuase i just want girth, but it's not coming its making me sad. All I get is a lotof discouragement, and a penis that I probably couldnt get hard if i had to due to adult entertainment and fatigue from constrictors.

My veins lately for some reason mainly on my left side i dont really have many on my right have been showing up extreme. Oh and my normal erection without clamping my CS or glands dont fill up which sucks too. Im thinking about stopping Penis Enlargement and getting surgery when I can afford it. Any ideas?
 
Have you thought about taking a month or two off? Maybe you need your penis to decondition a little... just forget about Penis Enlargement, then come back for a vengeance
 
you should do kegels. like 500 a day, and see if that helps. also throw in some jelqs before and between sets of clamping, also does ur clamped girth increase significantly?
 
Chi: I have thought about taking a month or so off, but it's hard, because after all that work you expect gains to come at any time. I took a week or so off recently, and I actually lost a bit of size, which dropped me to like 6.25 x 4 7/8th. Thats a small dick I cant deal with it or I go insane. While Im clamping Im usually 6.5 x 5 or 5 1/8th which is slightly better.

Witty: My PC is pretty tight man, I can cut off my cum a lot of the times, so I think my PC is fine. Unclamped im 5.0 when I clamp i go to 5.25, then eventually I hit 5 3/8ths and sometimes 5.5
 
I did the same thing as you I think. Have you just been straight clamping for months? Or have you been doing squeezes. I was stuck at 5.25 for the longest time with hours of clamping. I stopped clamping and did some hard squeezes (uli, horse) for a couple months and BOOM 5.5 girth. Give it a try. Squeeze hard.
 
I tried clamping for 10 minutes for the second time ever the other day and I enjoyed it. I didn't do any squeezes or anything, but just stayed hard. I want to try it again tonight or tomorrow and measure while clamped.

Franchise, I'd take some time off or if you don't want to then I'd do less. Just clamp 2 times a week and shorten the time you do them. Intensify the routine though and step it up a notch.

Sounds like you were at a plateu and pushed through it with a different intensity of attack.

Yep, although I wouldn't say I stopped clamping completely. I have been re-incorporating them into my routine. You just gotta mix it up Franchise, your dick is used to whatever you are doing to it.

Constrictors are very good, but sometimes you got to mix them or have a break from it, just like with anything too much is just as bad as too less.

Sounds like far to much that your doing their mate.
Even myself haven't done constriction like that for such many sets as it will fatigue the penis chambers and hence your erection suffers, than your mentality suffers and the whole thing is X10.
Hey, you mixed it about and tried but it was still IMHO too much.
X1 20 or 30 minute constricter session is plenty.

Veins showing is a good sign, you dont say that they are like guitar strings nor are in pain so take it as a good sign that the constricters ATM have done something in those long bleak months.
Your penis wont get very erect well without the clamp because of the mental stages you are at, low and depressed about the whole situation.
Dont go the surgery route, its VERY expensive and although it does work in some cases it isnt without the risks and also needs more looking into than the NPenis Enlargement methods we practice and preach here.

Okay, mate I suggest you do just ONE constriction set lasting 15 minutes.
Do that at a 80% erection or around about their and do horse squeezes, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and whatever else you like or fancy but dont push too hard.
When complete start some wet jelqs, and do about 200 of them at the same erectile percentage as the constrictor session.
Do the routine on a 5 on 2 off rotor.
What I intend on doing here is keeping your penis expanded [the constricters] but not pushing too hard into the maximum erection percentage, hence 80% because it will make the fatigue worse so this is gentle and I feel in the past you were doing too much at too much higher percentage of erection and that tired your penis.
The jelqs will help alot, they are great for penile health and growth in genral.
These will get the blood flowing around and hipefully aid erections.
You dont need to do the jelqs hard, do them gentle and take your time.
Think positive, that you can make it through all this and gain because its a minor set back.
Your member is tired from the hammer it took in the past.
I would suggest try what I said and tell us here how it goes day by day, do that please and than at the end of the first week we can review it.
If nothing much happens I will think about asking you to take 4 weeks off from pe, hey that isnt bad because I have done this MANY times and comeback better than ever.

hey thanks for the support man, I think I may take a few days off then try that or just take a month of now. Im concerned about my spongium and glands. They dont fill up when I am erect, unless i do a reverse kegal and the blood rushes in , but as soon as i let go of it then it drains out again. I dunno what to do about that. It makes my dick look flat and dumb with an erect shaft and a regular limp head.

That would probably be the absolute worst thing you could possibly do franchise. I know how you feel, I myself only gained a half inch of girth in 8 or so months of doing pe, but I'm not letting that stop me. My suggestion to you would be to give your routine a whole makeover. I mean change it totally up.
 
Well thats nothing I didnt have girth gains for a year. I was doing the 20min clamping x2 5 times a week I found out that its much better to do 10min sets x 3 with a 5-10min break. Within the break slap my dick on my thigh to restore the circulation with a lil light jacking then doing o-bends .My after work out pump is quick sick. I find its best to do girth work right before bed take advantage of nocturnal woods. In morning my woods feel a lot thicker and harder ,through out the day my flaccid feels a lot heavier. I used to a hot warp but I find a big jar filled with warm water is a lot more effective for the warm up and down . For my warp I use the elastic waist band from an old boxers shorts works real well thats like a constrictor its self. When I warp all ways kegel. When am all out of warp and cant keleg no more my dick fills and looks like its gonna explode then i clamp i all ways try and go for max expansions. All ways make sure the rooms warm that youre working out in. I find watching monster of cock, shane ,nacho ,napier etc guys with big girth splitting cunts in half really helps me with motivation build monstrous girth. That was quick some up of my my routine doing all above 5-6 times a week has really helped me in the pass 3 months gain 2/8. Its seems thats max expansions and heat have really helpped
