I have an electric heating pad I use while extending. The lowest setting to bar skin.

DLD is this too hot? My skin is swollen all over not red, but hot to the touch sometimes days after. Should I use a cloth shield or just use a air heater?

I'm concerned some suggestions anyone?

That doesn't sound good :(

Make sure that the heat source isn't too much higher than body temperature. You can always opt for using the humble rice sock.

Nah, I'm going to use a electric heating pad as my results are coming from extreme heat softening the collagenous tissues while extending. I may have just went too hot at first, so I'm going to use a piece of cloth over my unit before I heat it up and while extending.

A rice sock for me isn't hot enough.

Things are better now and very sensitive

DLD, when you use or have used an electric heating pad have you use cloth as a shield, or have you warmed your unit up with the pad to your bare skin with no cloth between the heating pad and your skin? And on which setting?

What kind of heating pad are you using? Every one that i've seen comes with a protective cloth over it. I just use a cheap little $10 one from walmart and it does the job perfectly

I mainly focus on SO and SU as I have extended my logs from years of hanging weight.

With heat I just recently broke through some type of barrier in my unit that I felt throughout my entire unit for a total of two days and now my erections are straight out instead of 10 o'clock, way more sensitive, I cum harder with more load volume, and my unit is straight as an arrow. I look way longer by at least an inch....it freaked me out at first now I'm just riding the wave through continuing with Penis Enlargement.

9 inches doesn't look big to me, although the ladies always freak out and my girl loves it I just want my goal of 11 x 7 that would make me happy with my progress.

I did get to above 9 1/4 in length and my girth was 7 1/4 it was very nice, plus my head was fat and plump mushroom. It still is fat but my girth from not pumping in over a year is 6 1/4 which is ok, but I hope to be larger than I was. I have been Penis Enlargementing over 10 years. I started at 16 and am 29 now. Iron what length did you start at 13 years ago? And are your measurements Bone Pressed or Non Bone Pressed?
I doubt I gained anything but not warming up could be the reason.

how long did it actually take you to hit the 9" mark? I feel like once you gain 2", it gets hard as fuck to grow longer, but that first inch is very doable, in less than a year. The second inch might take some time (but on the other hand it only took DLD 6 months). After that, you gotta work like you're training for Mr. Olympia to keep it going

Well, that's the reason why I said that. You see I spent years pumping Over pumping a lot and I had gains from it, but I toughend my tissues to a degree that made it tough to gain in anything else I tried. It really is a "Marathon" Penis Enlargement, because if you stress your delicate tissues in that area too far, then your collegenous tissue toughens up. I gave up measuring for some reason, maybe because I was so busy,but I would measure my flaccid length upon going to work and at my peak I was 8.5 flaccid and sometimes 8 .....my erections were a good and still are 9 1/4 but it fluctuates to 8 3/4 sometimes I have no idea why.

I think there is room to gain after a 2 inch gains, but the tissues must be worked differently. A different approach is needed so the collegenous fibers of the penis do not have time to adapt, but you don't want them stiffing up either by overdoing it. Finding the happy medium and promoting blood flow is where the process should be focused in addition to making the penis larger.

Decon breaks are helpful too it put's the unit in a softer state then when Penis Enlargementing everything goes back to being unconditioned, but the fibers are more stretcable again.

My girth is still about 6 1/4 , but I can get it back to 7 1/4 I just need to do my girth workouts, but I'm way too busy running my own business and working on different projects on top of that to devote the hours needed for that again just yet.

But the thing is, there is no way to really tell you're wasting your time until you already wasted 6 months or more and was very consistent or you'll always be in doubt that you could do better. Sorry things aren't working for you, but extending, hanging, pumping, clamping are all different and they work different parts of the penis.

I think what your doing is great. You certainly are on the road to gaining. I usually didn't think about all my workouts I just did them seeing them as a regular part of my day. I just see it like a regular routine like brushing my teeth every morning.

Yea I know right, but I am going to get bigger. I recently just broke through some plateau from an injury I sustaind over a year ago from overpumping and I look longer.

I may have separated my ligament that attaches to the top base of my unit since now I point straight out at 9:00 oclock. I use to be 11:00 o'clock, but it looks better now.

Yea I'll get it one day. I'm determined to be 8" no ifs ands or buts. But that's just for this year lol. And yea my super hard erections shoot straight up which don't look as good, but they feel better and have made all my girls squirt so I definitely don't wanna lose that
 
Yeah Iron I did a lot of research...I try to believe that different methods hit different spots but I don't see how just hanging at one angle will not deform the whole tunica...I also did stretching in ALL sides for 2 hours a day with more emphasis on the ligs/ BTC and SD stretches.

Everything I did before was not longer than 3 hours or 1/8 each day, so it could very well be that in the other 21 hours the tissues healed back up and only thing increased is the amount of tension needed to cause deformation/ in other words it became stronger...I came to a conclusion that only method that has the potential to work for me is a maximum of 24 hour tension each day, or getting as MANY hours under tension as possible....If that doesn't work then I'll give hanging a last try, not 5x20 minute sessions...More like 8x60 minute sessions every day with the LG hanger and see if that gives any gains...

If it doesn't work well I'll be convinced Penis Enlargement is bullshit and everyone claiming gains is either trying to make themselves feel better or have measured wrong before or in a delusion or are simply trying to fool more folks into wasting their time and money...So far I'm already 80% convinced that this Penis Enlargement is bullshit mostly but just giving it some more time..
