so guys my gains are just at .9" and .25" girth. But the problem is. I've been stuck for like the last 4-5 weeks no gains maybe a lil girth. I've been doing 3 sets hanging 5 pounds for 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of jelqing and a shower. I've been doing supra slammers whenever I remember. Is there something I should be adding on?

I dunno about hanging but maybe you need to boost your routine up a bit. Your dick might have become accoustomed to what you're putting it through right now. Just do everything harder and more intense, that's what I did. Don't hurt yourself though... be careful

I think imma add some more jelqing I was making best gains when I was jelqing 30 minutes everyday.
 
when i first started pe - i used to jelq until all the inside felt "squishy" like all the substance had gone. took about 30 - 40 mins (really intensely). this gave pretty consistent results, id also recommend blasters...

DLD Blasters made me famous for a reason, they are freely available on this forum, always have been, it is a shame that so few knew.

Upon response I will answer any physical questions about the why's and how's of this miraculous length exercise.

My thoughts...either increase the weight poundage or increase the number of sets but the intensity has to increase. It's that whole a thousand miles starts with one step kind of thing. A little progress here a little there.

Has your BP flaccid stretch measurement increased recently? If it has then the erect length measurement increase will follow soon. If not, then the intensity needs to increase somewhat, just a little.

Also, are you hanging (stretching) and jelqing regularly, daily? Or is it hit and miss like the slammer sessions? Don't answer that last one just ask yourself...

That's all I can add.
 
I hang and jelq atleast 6 days a week. I will try to do 7.5 pounds tonight. Oh and about the blasters even though you post that I stand by my word. Instant message me on aim/msn/yahoo i'll explain my reasoning but not on the forums.
 
If the hanging ends up not doing it, P.B., you might return to just plain old stretches and increased jelqing, as you indicated. But the other fellow is right--what works for one won't necessarily work for the other. During my "honeymoon period" it was the jelqs and the regular stretches, (DLD's beginners' routine), which gave me three inches in BPenis EnlargementL, after which I cut back and lost half of the gains.

It's hard to believe the DLD blasters don't help. I'd keep doing them, anyway. Maybe you are overdoing it!!

How long does your daily routine last? You might think about breaking it up into shorter segements but more often. Just a thought.
 
I would increase intensity by using different exercises. Choose exercises a bit more advanced for your girth routine and see what happens. Jelqing is a great way to condition and to break in with, but from my experiences gains will taper off after the first few months of consitent jelqing. That is of course only if you're staying within a 20-30 minutes window. Hanging could be done by itself, and BIB reccomends that you focus on one aspect at a time especially if you're hanging as fluid build-up and hitting too many "limiting" factors will get you very very slow progress. If you're going to hang I would simply hang till I reached fatigue then I would ligthen a bit and hang while fatigued. This will get you great progress. If you do this forget about girth work and only do BTB jelqing and some light jelqing in between sets to restore blood flow.

Samz has made good gains over his Penis Enlargement career. My response was to answer your original question. Those are my thoughts, and if you wish to take it up with someone talk with BIB. I hung for 6 months and gained half an inch in NBP erect length, and all I did was hang as BIB instructed. Now my focus is on girth and mazimizing gains and also being efficient time was as I face time contraints on a daily basis. If you want to spend lots of time jelqing and hanging with low weight go right ahead. I don't have that luxury so I posted my thoughts accordingly. No one, I don't believe, would ever say jelqing doesn't work and it isn't effective, but it is quite time consuming once you've conditioned to it and you have to increase volume of work it just isn't worth it in the scope of what you're attempting to accomplish. DLD has stated on more than one occasion that for girth it is about maximum expansion, and you can not achieve maximum expansion when jelqing at 60-80% erection levels. You can increase the volume of the blood vessels and slowly over time increase the size of the chambers, but 100% erect work can get you there in a much shorter fashion and will make your workouts more productive and not as time consuming.
 
Man, there are so many sides to this coin, aren't there? I, on the other hand, would never do any exercise at 100 % erect. I only have one willy and I want him to last. And I worked too hard to get my eleven o'clock woodies back. :P

I jelqued at 30 % to 50 % erect and made great gains. And I continue to grow girth-wise with the stretches. Figure it out. I can't.

Here's what I DO know. If you're on a plateau for more than, let's say, two months, you DO need to shock the old pecker somehow, either by increasing the intensity or the length of the exercise, or both. From what I've read on these forums, and I've been at it going into my third year now, those who make the best gains stick to one or two kinds of exercises, whether it's jelqing and stretching, or hanging and pumping, or some combination of the two. I think it has more to do with persistent long-term application and intensity than anything, and not giving up or cutting back if you hit a plateau.

I know a guy who started at 4" at exactly the same time almost to the day that I did. We both gained 3" during our first six months--he went from 4" to 7", I went from 7.75" to 10.75." His gains seemed to be "concreted." Mine weren't, because when I cut back on my routine, I lost half my gains.

Some advice: Don't cut back on your routine if you're making gains at all. And stick with it for several months AFTER you hit a plateau. You want to make sure those gains are made "concrete," if that is indeed possible.

I'm experiencing similar problems... my short gains have stalled already at 12.5 lbs for an hour a day... + 50 dld blasters + 400 jelqs. I've gone up to 15 lbs now and may move to 500 jelqs. May go from 80% to 100% and try that as well. I dunno, my biggest problem is the jelqing I can never stick with it. The hanging and stretching I havent missed a beat. Kinda frustrated.
 
Dont feel bad yet, I went through 5 months of no gains. I didnt change a single thing and then bam, they took off.:)
 
When I started hanging I started with 2.5 lbs and hung to get comfortable and make adjustments accordingly. About 2-3 weeks in I was using 5 lbs and hanging for at least 3 sets, if I could handle more and had the time I hung for as many as 8 sets with one or two at lighter weigth to end the session. Those end sets were about 10 minutes or so at most. For most of the time I hung I used between 7.5 and 10 lbs as this seemed to be my sweet spot, and I could be very comfortable hanging with this weight BTC. I did towards the end of my hanging stint get up to 17.5 lbs, and I hung a few sets at 20 lbs but I was so concerned with slippage that these sets lasted maybe 10-15 minutes at max. Most of my .5" came in the first 3-4 months of hanging when I could get in and hang consistently for several sets. When I started my new job, along with school, I knew I wasn't going to be able to hang like I would want and need to so I sold my starter. If you're so inclined to try to hang lightly throughout the day you may be interested in Penis Enlargement weights from Monty. If you are interested I can post the link for them. Once everything with Christmas and family dies down I'm going to see about getting a few of the weights and try them for ADH. I want another .5" in length and a bit more than .75" in girth before I'm done.

You may consider looking into pumping too if you're looking for length and girth at the same time. You have to include manuals with pumping though to "cement" the gains from the pump, but I've heard it can be a very good method for gaining in both directions simultaneously.

thnx for the encouragement guys I will try to post pics tomorrow. I've moved out and no longer have a digital camera. Pumping doesn't really interested met o be honest. First week I hung 5 pounds for 3 sets for 20 minutes. Now I moved up to 7.5. I plan to move up to 10 by end of next week cause I still feel I can handle more.
