First off congrats on your accomplishments. I was wondering if you have time if you could explain your length workout routine. I'm kinda stuck at 6 7/8" nbpel and would love to break the 7" nbpel on my way to 8 nbpel. I'm about 7.5 nbpfs. I saw your routine for girth on this post but didn't see for length. If you describe it in another post please just direct me to it. Again congrats and I hope you get where you want to be soon.

After the gains are done I am planning on another 6 months of taper off time for cementing length. I'd rather that than lose anything I've gained. Then I figure on a maintenance routine with jelqs, kegals, and edging just because I am prone to watching adult entertainment in a lengthy fashion anyway. Kegals have just become too obviously beneficial to exclude. Jelqs with edging will be great for each other. Reaching the ponr and then jelqing during the wait. Depending on how my girth is maintaining at that point I may still use a ring intermittently and warm down with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words].

But the short answer is I really have no excuse to not do something. I'll just have to measure often to make sure I'm not moving in either direction more than I'd want to.

Right now I warm up with hot water. I do 6 sets of non bundled Mandingo style stretches up down left and right for 15 seconds each. During the upward stretch I do 50 quick kegals and try to pull against them. Seems to help in exhausting things. Other than that they're all rk'd. Then I do another 6 sets the same way but bundled.

Then I extend with a leg strap and vac [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. 2 hours and 40 minutes 3 times a day, and during circulation breaks I do another round of the stretching I mentioned above, plus a fourth time after I am finished extending for the day. As a warm down I do 10-20 minutes, depending on sensitivity, of edging in tight ring, and finish up with a 15 minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session. Then I throw the whole package into a loose ring for the night.

Also doing a total of 4000 total kegals throughout the day which includes the quick ones during stretching. Really trying to simulate the feeling blasters give you while in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Can't say it surely works that way but my eq is better than it has been.

Now this is IMPRESSIVE! I can't get my expansion to last that long. I've tried many times, but it seems like 1-2 hours and that's all... (sadface) rofl!
 
wow every body reacts differently in jordeys case hes getting expanded until he starts a new routine thats great i think..

I do nothing special. I get discoloration but it fades. The morning set was pretty normal pressure and the evening one I really push it to the limit for the last few minutes. Both were 15 minutes.

not all of it lasts, but atleast some of it does. i did a girth workout this morning, and 6 hours later i measured my erect girth and i was still expanded by 0.25 inch. the next day its usually only up by like 0.1-0.2 inch, but its still noticeable.

I get a little of the donut sometimes. Fades after maybe 5 minutes

This is true, every man will have different responses but what can be done for those who don't keep the expansion naturally they can keep the pump by using a cock ring. As the day goes on and you feel like the expansion is fading you can simple take off the cock ring and do a couple minutes of jelqing and put it back on.

I feel I should point out one thing here that I personally believe is true. I used to lift weights at one point when I first started doing PE. During that time I would get incredible expansion during my girth work that would stick around for multiple hours. Since I stopped lifting I have never seen a comparable amount of expansion both in terms of my post workout size and the duration of that expansion. I know that when one lifts they get a pump where blood rushes into a certain part of the body.

My theory is that this pump somehow transfers over to PE when doing girth work. I don't think it is just a coincidence that Jordey is a serious weight lifter and that he gets expansion for so long.

I highly suggest lifting to anyone who does PE girth work.

I'm lazy as a bucket of fried chicken and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] pump has always lasted long for me. Even now with single evening sessions it stays pumped throughout my fairly rigorous length routine.

But I kinda hope I get to a measurement where stopping seems all but necessary sooner than later just to have the time to really get back into working out. I think 8 nbp is a smart place for me, as that's 9.25 total. If I get back in shape nicely I should be looking at 8.75 at least nbp. But I gained a full inch in girth in my fattened state just by being persistent and doing the most I could.

This could be a good year for my body.

I dont see a correlation personally, but lifting weights boosts your male hormones and makes you more fit so it probably does have a good effect for pe
