I already have very good girth and I don't want it to be excessive to avoid problems, length is what I think is lacking

You know the bigger the girth, the more difficult it becomes to gain length. That's why I'm still working on length till now. I remember you said you have gotten to 8.5 bone press in length. Is that right?

Good to have you back my brother. If you need some help with your routine let me know as you should be taking on more work as you progress. I’m looking forward to you making everything work this time around.

Never give up!

I would recommend upping time, and also intensity with spikes for both elongation and expansion. This should help you break through any barriers that are holding up your progress.

Why so negative?

I'm not trying to be negative. It's just that you have already gotten to your girth goal and your length gains is now tougher to come. If I'm satisfied with my girth, I will give up. Just speaking for myself.

I've been theorizing something; the reason I can't make any gains is because of my resilient tunica. So to combat that, I have been recently doing ujw for a couple of hours per day as passive stretching in order to soften up the tunica a bit (and aid in flaccid hang and warm things in winter haha) right now I'm considering this period a pre-routine period that I can use to work on the tough tunica (its palpable) and working on the expansive pumping and maybe get in some extender time. No specific routine in mind currently but the direction I think of going is heavy fulcrum hanging, high intensity long period pumping, extension and ujw. No manual stretching for now because I think my penis is just too "strong" now to deform by manual stretching, but when I start seeing gains in BPFSL I will add manuals to the mix.

I don't really remember it well, but I think before PE my girth was 5 inches, it took me a year to reach 6,and I reached 6.2 midshaft and after taking a break I usually settle back to 6 i

That's a 1 inch gain in one year. Nice gains

It took me six months to make a half an inch gain in girth, I really struggled to put on size until I came out with the SSJ. I started to use the SSJ which originally was called the isolated compression squeeze I was able to reach 1 inch game within one and a half years. Back in those days we didn’t have the luxuries of the equipment you do today so everything was manual.

I want to gain 1.5 inches in girth but I don't know how long it would take to accomplish that.

this applies to anything in life not just pe. keep focused and work hard and pay no attention to anyone's progress but your own,and you'll get what you want. hard work and focus pays off, always.

That’s what I always tell people that PE pours over into all of your life making more disciplined, organized and determined to make things happen. You grow in confidence and assurance in yourself as you grow in the brotherhood.

I just recently understood that concept and I am going to apply it to everything in life. Either do it as hard and focused as you can or don't bother to do it half-assed because you won't benefit from it

Hallelujah my brother!

Back on the length-y trail, today I'll start manual stretches again (get the pun? Lol) for the last month I've been pumping only and while I enjoy it a lot, more girth isn't my main goal, but due to that, I get better erection and the head is more "fuller" now of that makes sense. Will begin length work by newbie stretches as usual and see where I go from there

I've never done manual PE before. I think I need to combine the newbie routine with pumping.

I've used the length master consistently for almost 2 years so I wonder if i will gain any length from doing the newbie routine with my bare hands @DLD

Going back to the newbie routine is something that I only suggest after a break and I only suggest that you stay on the program for two weeks before starting an SRT based routine. The break and the newbie workout serve as a way to reset things and start anew. Are use it when I reach a plateau and it’s always been a wonderful way to reset my way of thinking and my actual physical condition.

Alright but i can i be doing 10mins daily manual stretches to maintain my current size? Will 10mins daily manual stretches be enough for daily maintenance?

yep, I was so close to 9" last year (8.8") but I had to stop due to cyst/injury. I'll try as much as I can to get to 9" bpel by the end of the year while losing weight at the same time to reduce the fat pad

Nine is just such a nice number, it’s actually my favorite number. I know you’ll get there this year and I’ll be here to congratulate you.

10 is the big boy number. The biggest thing you need to do to get to ten is to believe you can do it.
it sure is! I must attain big boy status (which is above monster status lol) but for this year my goal is to reach 9" bpel which is roughly 0.9-0.8" I have to gain in around 9 months and to me that sounds completely doable if I just do the work that needs to be done. my problem is that I always set "over enthusiastic" goals and do barely enough work to reach it and get dissapointed when I come no where near said goal. This year I'm taking it slow and reasonable

It doesn't matter the type of goal you set, as long as you keep training, you will get to your goal for sure. Right now I'm saving to do some PE purchase before june. I have renewed my determination to make more length gains.

9.5 X 7 is what I want now and I think I will have to involve hanging in my next routine.

hanging is great,I made most of my gains from hanging. only downside is you need privacy
