Did 1.5 turn bundled stretches 3.5 minutes each side. This will increase as I need to break down my stubborn tunica and septum. Right now I'm doing 3 sets of newbie stretches followed by 5x5x3

For sure. Especially right below the head on the lower surface. I also feel the stretching of the tunica by doing reverse ssj's and regular ones that start right at the base. Hopefully this time around I see some gains to motivate me to keep working

hanging went great, hit 8.8" bpfsl post-hanging (not the real bpfsl I know,I'm just monitoring the progress) currently doing 5x5x5 since I got the time/privacy

Awesome work my brother I’m so glad this is going well for you now. I also love that you’re still going with the 5×5!
 
New bpfsl is 8.9". getting closer and closer to the goal.unfortunatly due to the quarintine situation I can't get enough privacy to train so everything is put on hold now,I can get in some stretching but thats about it. oh well...

if only I lived alone.... I'd be doing pe 24/7. but quarentine with family at home gives so little privacy to do anything at all. so discouraged rn to do anything

We’re all making sacrifices but I think this whole thing is gonna be done by Easter!

I am very proud of you and I am on the same train. You just need to be strong with yourself so when the temptation comes on change your thoughts and stunk it before it grows into a full out jerk is extravaganza. What I need to look for in my own walk in life is to catch the temptation when it’s very small before it grows into something I cannot deal with. The longest I’ve gone I think it’s three weeks. I would love to stop it completely but that’s just unrealistic for me right now. So if I keep it once in a 10 day I feel like I’m making good traction. My ultimate goal is to cut it all out but that’s just a goal not a rule.

I was thinking that I give my normal old routine a try again given that I'd probably have an insane eq but if I feel the need to ejaculate I won't continue the routine,maybe with time I'd learn not to masturbate after doing girth work

what I found best is to not make any rules about it because whenever we make a rule we immediately want to break it. Just look at it as something like this, “I choose not to masturbate today. I have permission but I choose not.” This removes a great deal of temptation.

I'll give that concept a try, never thought of it that way

Mike every little bit helps! Get in what you can get in when you can and the only thing that can happen is growth. Also try to get in a lot of Kegels to build your pelvic floor muscle strength. Keep on stretching under the covers, I did this for many years.

thats what I'm doing. I figured if I can gain 0.05" per week I'd be happy

I've noticed that at the end of extender set of 1 hour,I feel some soreness in the perineum area,any idea what this could mean?

That would be your internal penis trying to come out. May want to incorporate even more expressive stretching in your routine. It is such a valuable place to make growth.
