OK, I came up with this today and it may be the most powerful ligament stretch ever. This is how the exercise is performed. First grab your penis from behind, as you would in a Behind The Cheeks Stretch. Now stretch your flaccid penis behind one leg. In this position squat down. Once in a comfortable position the murder happens...START TO DO ROTARIES! WTF is that pain? That is SERIOUS, DEEP, LIG STRETCH. I did 30 on each side and I was ready for a break.

I have been doing this stretch since the start of my PE five months ago. For me, it seems to work best when I am lying in my bed on my back. I have found that it takes longer to reach fatigue when lying in bed than when standing or squatting. Squatting requires balance which does not allow me to maintain a constant force on my schlong. But lying in bed allows me to apply a constant force, as it removes balancing from the equation. It took me a while to learn the best technique but it involves slightly turning to one side as I pull to the opposite side. The stretch is really intense. I hope this is helpful to the Brotherhood.
