My skin is alot bigger on my cock an I can physically see my ligaments when I stretch is this a good indication of gains to come? Also I thought you can only gain 1/4"- 1/2" from ligaments max an from then on the rest comes from the tunica ??

This is good, but the skin is no indication of gains, nor is seeing the ligaments. I don't know the max you can gain from specific parts of the penis. But so far I've gained 2 inches in length.

It is very intense. The thing that is great about these are the fact that they hit the ligaments in a way that will always bring gains. If anyone is struggling with ligamental gains this exercise will change that!

It took me 11 months to gain 2". I went from 5.5 BPEL to 7.5 BPEL. I started out with the basic stretches for 2-3 months along with jelqs. After that I increased the time of each stretch by 1 minute and at month 6 I gained my first whole inch, but before that I gained 0.5 inches on my 2-3 months. After that I decided to amp it up to 1 minute 30 seconds each stretch, do the Side to Side stretches by Big Al, include mandingo stretch, bundle stretch, and erect stretch for the last parts of the months and thats when i gained my last inch.

Thank you, am currently doing 20 minutes a day stretching each stretch is help for 1 minute, standard stretching , mandigo strtch , bundles, am currently at 7.75"bpel , wanna gain more length , I started out 7"-7 1/8".... Mabye I should add jelqs an a solid girth routine.....

You can do jelqs if you want to get girth, but for length you can do flaccid jelqs. It just takes time you'll get there with the stretches, btw if you haven't been gaining in a while lets say 3-4 months, then try bumping the 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds
 
I haven't gained for 6 weeks now , so am thinking of doing 20 minutes at night an morning so double it to 40 minutes a day.... Its hard for me to stretch over a minute unless its the mandigo stretch but I will give it ago , thanks for the advice 👌

Doing 2 sessions is good btw.

And to answer you my goal is 9" I want to reach at least 8" in length. I gained only 0.25 inches of girth doing jelqs but as a beginner. I only did it for 2-3 months and then just stopped because I wanted to focus on length and thought it was a waste of time. Keep in mind that it's not a waste of time if you want to gain both length and girth, I personally knew i wanted more length over girth.

The ligaments can simply be seen as little fat pad. Maybe that's the reason you see it having a lower exit point. Maybe you lost some body fat? For sure do your plans of focusing on length and when you're satisfied just jump onto girth.

Am a slim guy so that's probably the reason , am gonna try gain an inch in 3months the best way to tackle this is to do two sessions a day an abit more intensity I guess..... For your gains how long did you stretch daily ?? How would I go about creating my own thread :/ I feel like a dumb ass lol 😐

It depends. I've been doing PE for over a year now, almost 2. How far are you into PE and i'll try to help (give me an estimate of how long you've been doing PE for like months or weeks or whatever).

Thanks for that an you seem proper helpful tbh , started 19/03/15 so a year & a half but I wasn't consistent through all of it probably 8 months in total, but giving it a proper go an be more consistent.....

And DANG it's some serious ligament stretch. It took me a couple weeks to get used to the intensity. I've been doing these about a month. I measured today and it seems I gained 1/8 in flaccid length! And gaining length is tough for me.
Good stuff. I'll keep going with this one for bit and see if I can get some erect length out of this exercise.

I have been doing this stretch since the start of my PE five months ago. For me, it seems to work best when I am lying in my bed on my back. I have found that it takes longer to reach fatigue when lying in bed than when standing or squatting. Squatting requires balance which does not allow me to maintain a constant force on my schlong. But lying in bed allows me to apply a constant force, as it removes balancing from the equation. It took me a while to learn the best technique but it involves slightly turning to one side as I pull to the opposite side. The stretch is really intense. I hope this is helpful to the Brotherhood.

Your site create great exercises.Also the mother of all lig stretches, mandingo stretch.Also for girth, I think the Sloq Squash Jelq is the best girth execise.I have tried it only 2-3 times, because I want to be a little more conditioned, but nothing gives me better expansion.Once again, thank you!

This is one exercise I intend doing starting from 14th October but mine would be done bundled.
