so far i use it 3 times a day, and from 1- 1 hour 30 min each time
penis lengh 5.1 inches.

2: how far do i need to put the strap from penis head? (right now i use it just under the head)

3: what the best wrapping you know?

I like to warm up by going through a quick set of basic stretching. This helps loosen everything up and gives me the best stretch potential. You could include massage and heat if you like but these do add time.

In this case yes, just be sure to hold as much blood in penis as possible.

Red dots are normal and go away on there own. An [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] will not hurt this at all so stretch away.

That is the biggest problem with one handed jelqing. Although I never advise this, I can see that there may be some good to clamping in the respect that you need the trapping of the blood during jelqing while keeping skin pulled back. You may want to try this in a light sense to only hold back the skin while you can use two hands to train. You may also want to try a different jelq style that does not stretch the skin like Slow Squash Jelqs, these give the expansion by the hands pushing together instead of sliding upward. You could place the base hand with all the skin behind it while the upper hand creates the pressure pushing down against that hand.

As far as red dots and stretching, don't worry on this. You can stretch with red dots and it will not effect their healing time.

Exactly, be sure to clamp off strong at the base with as much blood as possible in the penis and from here the upper hand compresses against the lower expanding all tissue in between the hands.

compress for 30 sec and then stretch 30 sec, and do that over and over again?

You want to compress with movement as long as you can. A [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words] can last up to 3-4 minutes for me depending on hand strength at the time.

forgot to ask earlier, know any good "stretch" exercises? need at least 4. 2 per week.

Yes, go as long as you have strength and then take a break. The longer you go the more expansion you will cause.

There are many length exercises, if you are looking for a very thorough stretch routine I suggest the Newbie Stretch Routine as it covers all bases as far as angles go.

I like the idea of having a few different exercises to work with. It can become dull quickly doing the same thing everyday. Plus, doing the same thing can allow your penis to become used to the exercise and stop responding to growth, mixing it up keeps things fresh and moving.

i cut the bandage i had in 2 so it was about 3,5 centimeter. then i wrapped in around the penis, but what i didnt expect was, that all the lose threads from the cut bandage ruined the warpping and it didnt go well.
so here is the question, how can i use the Bandage wrapping without the lose threads gets in the way?

After you cut your bandage use a lighter to burn back the loose strings. Be sure the wrap cools before you use it.

you wont see any permanent gains using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 3 hrs/day over a month. you'd probably have to wear it for 1-2 years see any change. and that isn't guaranteed. 4+ hrs per day for 6 months or more is more likely to work. or 6 hours/day for 4 months. or even better is wearing it longer.

I usually suggest 30-60 minutes with a 5 minute break in between to return good circulation and to reset the tension. Tension can be lost after wearing too long and resetting it will bring a greater stretch.

i only have time to do the penis exercises in the morning and got about 70 min time.
and i got about 6 exercises in total i can do right now (penis 5 inches big or 13 cm)

will it be good to do 2 exercises each day= 3 days x 2 exercises. with some flex and jelq?
thinking about doing 10-20 reps each exercise.

Listen, what you basically need to know is that anything is always better than nothing. With that being said, some guys will gain with a minimal routine like the one you have (at least for a while) and others will not gain a thing.

This is my recommendation to you: if you are already wearing your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] for 2-3 hours a day, make it a minimum of 5 hours a day and be patient with slow gains.

You most likely will see very little results within a month of doing anything, even if you do PE 24 hours a day, outside of gains from increased EQ and newbie gains. If you want a bigger cock it is going to take time.
