Heres a few pics of a idea i came up with to help improve my upper shaft size,ive got a carrot cockrofl 6.5 base girth but tapers up to 5.5 at the head,goal is to get the head to 6 at least,been doing this for a couple of months and plan to measure at the end of next month.

First pic is semi erect,second clamed at the base,these two show the normal level of discoloration i have,you will see by the end of the session that the discoloration looks very bad but this passes very quickly.

I wear a ball stretcher or weight when jelqing/clamping to help keep my turkey neck out of the way.

My girth routine is every other day and consists of 200 jelqs 100 c jelq,100tunica jelq.

Then clamp for 1x20min session,i alternate between doing slinkys which are erect bends but were you move the bend up and down the shaft for as many reps until i start to loose hardness,then kegal get erect again and use the power jelqer,i start at the clamp and inch it up the shaft over a period of about a minute,these are very intense and you can feel the pressure building in the upper shaft and head,normaly do 2-3 one minute reps the go back to the slinkys,i do this back and forth for the 20 minute session.

I finish of with dry jelqing for a couple of hundred reps.

I've taken a 2 week break from clamping as it was ruining my erections. I wasn't getting ROCK hard. I've gained quite a bit with it, but i think the reason for the erections degrade is that I did no jelqs. I've been doing a jelq only routine, quite light, as the past two weeks have been fuckathons for me, and my errections are as hard as ever, and only now am I noticing how much I've actually gained. Let me know if intense girth routines such as this effect your erections?


Also a great head expansion exercise wrapping with thera around the base/shaft where you have enough girth, and leaving exposed the parts you need to girthen up. then stimulate yourself to an erection, and put the BIB hanger over the thera, and slowly start to tighten it. the tightening should take around 5 mins, as you should leave it to adjust/expand to the level of pressure before tightening further. after its been tightened enough, you can veryyyy slowly attach a 2-3 lbs (very light) weight to the bib and let it hang.



its VERY intense, but works wonders.

VK,i tried to get a pic from the side to show how much i bend but couldnt get a decent pic.

Like i said to pandora i only had real problems when doing daily sessions.

I think using erection quality is a good way of judging how to structure your routine,if your having trouble with erections cut back on the intensity or volume.

Cheers for the tip about the bib,i may try and add that in somewere.
 
Looks insane....definitely not a workout for noobies....I will do a similar routine but I don't have that fancy jelq thing...Right now I'm fighting some horrible ever itching rash on my shaft...its crazy crap...maybe the lotion....or the heating pad....or the ice thing from the freezer...I don't know but it itches like hellfire...

No never tried horses before.
 
Interesting technique , and one that had not occurred to me . I have a P.J. as well , but I find that even with a normal erection , forget about a clamped one , the P.J. cannot provide enough pressure for any real compression of my cock . Also , I have broken two sets of handles for the thing , so I am a little afraid of trying such a thing , but I might have to after seeing those pix !
