Heres a few pics of a idea i came up with to help improve my upper shaft size,ive got a carrot cockrofl 6.5 base girth but tapers up to 5.5 at the head,goal is to get the head to 6 at least,been doing this for a couple of months and plan to measure at the end of next month.
First pic is semi erect,second clamed at the base,these two show the normal level of discoloration i have,you will see by the end of the session that the discoloration looks very bad but this passes very quickly.
I wear a ball stretcher or weight when jelqing/clamping to help keep my turkey neck out of the way.
My girth routine is every other day and consists of 200 jelqs 100 c jelq,100tunica jelq.
Then clamp for 1x20min session,i alternate between doing slinkys which are erect bends but were you move the bend up and down the shaft for as many reps until i start to loose hardness,then kegal get erect again and use the power jelqer,i start at the clamp and inch it up the shaft over a period of about a minute,these are very intense and you can feel the pressure building in the upper shaft and head,normaly do 2-3 one minute reps the go back to the slinkys,i do this back and forth for the 20 minute session.
I finish of with dry jelqing for a couple of hundred reps.
