I've been in the pe game a little over a year now. I've made decent gains but there have been several times where I took over a month or so off straight, with no pe performed whatsoever. I could kick myself because I know I lost some uncemented gains and obviously my progress would be much further along, had I simply remained disciplined and consistent. Here's the deal, these past couple weeks I've been a clamiping fiend. My normal clamping routine was for one hour. The first twenty minutes I just do mad kegels and maintain my erection. The last forty minutes I do a lot of clamped bends and manual compressions.
For about a week and a half I was extending my sessions to 1 1/2 hours, or 1 hour in the morning and another at night. For the last 4 days I did 5 1 hour sessions spread through out the day. I must emphasized that when I clamp I go all out. When I do the bends and compression I go way past discomfort and definetlty keep it in the "no pain no gain mode". I bend and squeeze to the max and hold at each exercise from 30 seconds to 1 minute. The pain can get so intense that I get short of breath, no joke. Normally my max clamped girth was just over 6 3/4" mid shaft, just over 7" at the base. These last few days I shattered that, clamped I hit just over 7 1/4" midshaft and just over 7 1/2" base. My fnbpl went from 6" to 7". My midshaft went from 5 3/4"fg to 6"fg.
I also did something new these last couple weeks at my compression work. When clamped I've always gripped the shaft with both hands at the left and right sides and just squeezed like hell. I could never perform the same exercise gripping the top and underside though. The angle was too awkward and it was painfull even for me because my grip would always slip and the skin would hurt like hell. Now if someone has already posted on what I'm about to say forgive me for not knowing about it and don't think I'm just some asshole trying to take credit for your ideas. To work the top and underside of the shaft at compression first I tried squeezzing my shaft in a thick hardback book. No dice, wrong angles and both sides of the cover would just give and bend. I looked around my house to see what I had that might work. Ideally two pieces of 1" thick board the size of a medium book would have been great, but I didn't have anything like that at hand. Then I thought how about using two standard video cassetes in their cases. They kicked ass. After using them in my clamp work I had finally found a solution to work the the top and underside of the shaft. After a 30-45 second hold my cock was flattend all out and wide. It hurts like a bitch, at least with the amount of pressure I put forth, but damn if it doesn't work. If no one else has come up with this already I'd like to refer to it as the VTC (videotape crush). Girth fans, you gotta try this.
Now my wife just got back in town last night and when we tried to go at it, I couldn't get a full erection and that sucked. This is normal, as any veteran clamper will know, to happen if sex is tried directly after a strong clamping session. I had just finished my 6th 1 hour clamping session of the day!
