Don't know what it is with me than, I don't feel that pain when I do it just a slight discomfort which goes. Well worth it though but if your getting pains like that than take it carefully until you sort it out. I have also been tweeking up my routine to the point that have maximum expansion along with some good length. I have been alittle discouraged from posting for awhile because I have not been able to take pics which I feel are important to show others as well as keeping yourself motivated. Tomorrow I will tell you guys my routine.

I either warm-up in the shower or bath and soap my penis and testicles up very good. Than I take a decent size piece of silicone sleeve that I cut(big enough to act as a collar around the top of both testicles) and up both of my testicles through it. Than I take a piece of thermaband and do a slipknot on top of the silicone collar(this applies the constriction that keeps your testicles in the silicone collar) making the collar act as a cushion and testicle ring. I take another piece of silicone sleeve and put my penis through it. I make sure that the sleev is at the very base of my penis by getting an erection and re adjusting the sleeve by pulling to the base of my penis. Well penisbuilder, you don't really need the soap and I have not had any negative reaction from using it while I use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I can not post pics of the routine at the time because my laptop is down. When it's back up and running good I will post some pics to get a better understanding of what I am talking about. You will also have to learn how to make silicone sleeves, which I will show a way to do so also. My way is just a different from how TPS show you how to make your own silicone sleeves.
