I just wanna start this post out by saying that everyone on this forum is freaking awesome, and I thank everyone who has contributed to the forum, with answering questions, developing techniques, and motivating others to drive forward to their ultimate goals!

That being said, Penis Enlargement is a system of constant routine, where unless the time, energy, proper knowledge and dedication is put into it, your gains will be less than desired. I've realized that since I have started Penis Enlargement, I have been less than consistent in any of those categories, and consistency on my part is something I know I am personally lacking in. Albert Einstein once said that genius is 1% talent, and 99% hard work, and my lack of hard work shows. I've been in the Penis Enlargement community for roughly four years now, and I've made very little gains.

This year, I've moved back home from Denton Texas, to take care of my mother who has recently gone through two rotator cuff surgeries that will take time to heal, and to save money by going to a local college for this year. While my ultimate plan is to graduate from North Texas, I do not think of this year away from my school at another school as a setback - I think of it as a time to get my head in order on what I want, and save money, and to practice like hell. And, to make as much possible progress on making my dick absolutely phenomenal, like the one I have envisioned in my head for myself.

I want to start to get back into the program with DLDs [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], and I plan on doing that for a month, and once I get there, I will decide on the next step. Tomorrow, I'm going to go over to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] hardware and pick up some tools I've lost over time, mainly items to wrap with, and a tape measure.

My ultimate goals are 8.5" in length, and 6" in girth.
I will be making monthly measurements and posting them, and I will hopefully be posting in this thread every day.
I will make the most of this year, make note of that. :)

Yeah, I know I'm posting this on the day after, but whatever.
Yesterday, all I did was a stretching session after beating off, but damn was it good. I did the DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] on the stretching portion and BlueWhale stretches thrown in there for kicks, and it felt fucking amazing. Awesome hang for the whole rest of the night. I highly warming up in the shower, especially if you have one of those handles that comes off and you can move around. I sat on the edge of the bathtub and hosed my dick and the area directly behind my balls, and it seems that is the best way (at least for me) to warm up to effectively stretch. I also find I like stretching a lot more after I jerk off, cause it seems like I get more of a tunica stretch then, just my thought.

Another day late 8-25

I basically did the same thing that I did on the 23rd, with my stretching/warming up/jerking off beforehand. I swear to god, this is the best way to warm up ever, with the shower handle and hosing your entire package with hot water, while slowly increasing the temperature. I was able to get a good half hour worth of stretching in, with the DLD newbie stretch routine, and the Bluewhales again. Interestingly enough, I didnt get much of a chance to do anything yesterday, but my dick hung longer than normally all day, and I felt a good soreness along the shaft and in the base of my dick, with the base soreness going deep into me, so I feel like warming up the ligaments around and behind the balls is probably a HUGE contributor to bringing out that inner penis. I spent all day in New Orleans yesterday at the mid summer mardi gras with a friend who was in from out of town, so it was good to see her again :)

Im going to go make up on that missed session right now. Is it a good or a bad idea to do two stretching sessions in one day? I feel like one in the morning and one in the evening might overdo it.

She's just a friend, but at one point there was a mutual interest in each other. I'm not sure where that stands now, I'm not going to press the issue because it's long distance right now and the foreseeable future, but fuck would I like to bend her over a counter and wail on that ass. No luck with routine yesterday, but I'm going to go do todays routine right now, (same deal as the last two posts) and get that in. Fucking hurricanes are a pain the fucking ass man, all the packing and shit, I wish I had a bubble where I could spend a year of my life doing nothing but Penis Enlargement and working out, and then come out the other side and the rest of the world has only gone by a day.

Apologizes for not updating more often, power outages from hurricanes have a way of fucking with your shit. Power came back on today and the first thing I did was message friends and let everyone know all was well.

It is like any other responsibility, set a time and stick to it. With everything going on in your life right now I can understand how difficult it must be to fit Penis Enlargement but not fitting it in means not making gains. You make tome to shower, read, study, practice, brush teeth, etc. and you know the benefits of this. Just squeeze two 15 minute session in each day and you will maintain and make new gains. Maybe get up 15 early go to bed 15 later?

I like that you are fitting it in so well, getting it in where you can. When I am traveling my schedule demands this, but I really love the short, multiple sessions throughout the day, they really get the penis guessing again, good to spark gains. In my opinion, with limited time and having to choose the best stretches for the job? I would go with:

Rotary Stretches supersetted with Behind the Cheeks: These work every forward angle and when you vary rotation from big to small, it really helps claim gains from multiple positions when switching back to Behind the Cheeks, all opposing angles are covered...very good for when you only have a short time to stretch.

DLD Blasters are always a good choice as the ligaments and tunica get a thorough workout and with variance of wrist and grip position many forward angles can be covered with intensity. I like to include this, or at least the Blaster portion (reverse kegel on stretch) in part of my workout, this helps keep you focused on true penile length gains not stifled by the pelvic floor muscles.

Sock Stretches and Foot Long Stretches are both very intense and a lot of fun. Both give an amazing workout in a short period of time. Great for when you are laying in bed at night. Footlong Stretches will really work the ligaments hard while Sock Stretches can be adjusted to cover many angles.

If I remember, you have a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], get it out and start wearing it! Even if you are only applying a small amount of stretch you will still see results, particularly if you are using the device to heal with.

I think what is most fun is to have a a few good exercise that will fit into different scenarios. If opportunity arrises and you get the chance, work something in. Every piss-pull adds up, every hour in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] adds up, every super-set you get in adds up. I sometimes think these types of routines end up benefitting the user because the penis is in a constant guessing state, always being tricked into a new exercise. Keep a note pad and just jot down every little session you can sneak in, I guaranty it really adds up.

Four straight days of great sessions, little fluid buildup from any of those days, some great stretching, especially with those BTC, and the straight down rotarieshooolyshit. Really great hang the next day after all of these days. I used my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] yesterday for the stretching portion(just the circle part) and I literally WATCHED my dick get longer in just seconds. I took it out and measured for kicks, and I got a quarter inch of length out of that, in just a few minutes. Pretty damn awesome. Jelqing went pretty well too, I thought I'd stick with the 300 jelqs per session, but I seem to mentally tap out around 150, but each of my jelqs are at 100% and last about 5-8 seconds each, making for a half hour at half the strokes. I dunno if thats good, but yesterday, I felt an internal soreness. However, doing this does result in more fluidbuildup on the circ scar area, which with the underhand jelq, reduces more of it than the overhand. I think I'm going to do three more days of this intense jelqing, then try for a week at a lower erection level and go up to 300 each to see what differences occur.

It's about 11:15 as I type this, and I think the only way for me to do Penis Enlargement is to do it every day, without question. I had my first shift at my new job today, and I'm tired as fuck, and I'm currently procrastinating on doing homework. Once I get this particular assignment done TONIGHT, I plan to do my session, but its not without me being supremely tired. I just have to make Penis Enlargement an every day thing, otherwise a day off will turn into a week, week, month, etc etc.

Ok, so I got back to it on Monday (yesterday), had a decent session, but blew my load in the middle of it.

I did a lot of stretching with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] circle portion, mostly just straight down, and only a little bit of BTC stretches, but when I did my bluewhale stretches(in place of a regular straight out stretch) I got what felt like a whole extra inch of flaccid pull. Holy fuck, that was awesome. I tried it again on some DLD Blasters, and again, I was pulling up more slack on my dick to get the stretch. I didnt measure it afterward, cause I went straight into girth, but fuck, yesterday was awesome!

5-7 minute warmup

That is a good ache to feel, it is due to Tunica expansion/elongation. It is a sure sign of a good workout.

Indeed, its logical that if you expect your bicep to ache the day after a good gym session then you should want a similar ache in your penis, ligament aches are good as well.

Hopefully my ability to ache indicates a good propensity towards quick gains though I've never kept up long enough to get more than a fuller feeling and perhaps a 0.5 inch temporary length gain as yet.

I do wonder if a study could be done (perhaps a group of us at some point) so that we all do the same routine but see who gains the most and also who gets the aches and who does not and whether there is a link, it could be indicative of a more susceptible tunica or it could simply be indicative of a greater number of nerve endings.

Do you think that people should push through this ache (makes it worse the next day) to tackle the penis whilst it is weak so to speak or do you think you should leave a day until the ache stops and just do it again. I'm personally planning to push through as i figure that the greater pressure over a number of days will cause the greatest expansion.
