Here is a link to a survey done by Trojan condom during spring break week I think in 2002. I saw the total results online at one time but this was what I could find quickly.

Looking at this link, I think the LifeStyles survey was not bone pressed, but the Kinsey study was bone pressed and got an average of 6.3 inches.

Im In the UK and i havent been able to find Trojan Magnums any any of my Local shops, all i seem to have readily available is Durex condoms and they are pretty damn tight around the base of my cock. My girth is like just over 5.5", but i think trojans would probably be too long for me.
Durex comfort are their large size. crap name, should have "fucking huge tool" emblazoned on the box, for that blonde cashier bulge glance. Comfort could be used for small condoms too. I am now at 5.6" and 5.75" at the base Manum XL fit great.
Where are people getting that Kinsery was BP? I thought they gave no guidelines just sent a postcard and asked to measure along the top.
The Italian soldier survey is my favourite since I presume they all were forced into taking part, I think it had 3-5000 people. Ended up 4.9" FSL.
No small guys turn up for voluntary surveys, look at lifestyles people who had signed up backed out when they saw female nurses with rulers. Were these guys big or small? I think we all know....

What is FSL?
FSL is flaccid stretched length. Many prefer it to track gains rather than BPenis EnlargementL as you dont have to take into account varying erection hardness, just stretch and measure. Most non-Penis Enlargement'ers seem to have the same BPFSL and BPenis EnlargementL. I did starting out, then usually you have a higher BPFSL than BPenis EnlargementL after Penis Enlargementing for a while.

I should have known that abbreviation. I'm a dumbass. 
For me, 5 inches is about right being average. Anything below that 5 inches is what I call micro penis. I don't let these measurements bother me. Just focus on growing your penis.
Actually a micro penis is 2.5 and lower. Not sure on girth I can't remember. But five inches, his right in the target zone of average. Below average would be below 5 inches. But this does not become a micro penis issue until you drop below three inches
