Starting up a new log, as I've taken so much time off from the last one and have slightly different goals from when I first started.. A new log will give me a fresh start and hopefully help keep me dedicated.

Background Info:
Started Penis Enlargement'ing inconsistently with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] about a year ago.. Started off well below average in size (5" NBPEL and about 4 3/16" MSEG), and didn't make much gains with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I then got serious and I followed DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] routine 5-6 days a week for 3 months, and gained an inch in length and a half inch in girth, which put me at (6" x 4 11/16").

I then got an injury, and had to quit Penis Enlargement for a few months. After it healed, though, I had a hard time getting the dedication to Penis Enlargement again on a regular basis. That's why I'm here, making a new log with some already new-found dedication. I've lost .5" in length and about .25" in girth, which is half of what I gained.. I think I lost so much because I gained so much so fast and had yet to "cement" those gains.

Now:
My goal is mainly girth, as that's what matters the most in sex IMO, but will try to fit length into my busy schedule when I can. I think length is more for looks, and certain sex positions benefit from it. And the "deep spot", but I doubt I'll ever be the 8-9 inches required to reach that in most women. So I will be shooting for 5 days of solid girth work followed by 2 days of rest. Length will be attacked when time allows.

I will post updates regularly on routine/progress/findings, and hopefully the injury doesn't come back!

Nice gains so far man. I love the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Gave me crazy gains at first as well. I'm not sure if your frenulum issue is cause for concern or not. I would consider putting up a thread and asking if you haven't already.
 
well it fixes itself i think its something i doing in my sleep with my pillows ( humping them or somthing) as its not splitting after my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] use , so i may start wearing boxers to bed to see if it helps !! . an keep up the good work mate !!!
 
You've made some great gains when you put some consistency and dedication to PE, I wish you the same gains and more this go around.

I see you attended 'the Arnold'? Ive always wanted to go but it's always hosted at a horrible time of the year for me. Ive been to the Olympia and loved it. I used to compete in the npc for a period of time.

Cool man. I've got a buddy that competes in the npc. But yeah, I didn't go to the actual show, just the exhibit. But a lot of the big name guys showed up there. I saw Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, Kai Greene, and of course Arnold all up close. Pretty cool experience, and it was only like 12 bucks for a day. Gorgeous women everywhere as well. I'd definitely check it out when you have the opportunity.

Decided to start stretches every day and go for length with my girth after reading MikeShlort's thread on PE and the ability to gain length after girth. Makes sense that it would be harder after gaining girth, so I'm going to try and gain length at the same time.

I will be doing the 5min basics and 10min mandingos for 2 weeks and measure again after measuring today with excellent EQ. Want to see how effect these are.

I'm not going to change my routine and stop doing girth because of these ideas, but I do generally believe that a larger girth and toughened ligs created from pumping will make it harder to gain length in the future. Logically, this does make sense to me.

So, I am going to try and add another 1.5" in total, as I am right around 5.5" nbp right now. I gained an inch in three months when I was doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] routine to put me at 6" nbp, before losing a half inch from my injury. So, I think that I can get that .5" back relatively quickly and then "use up" all my ligament gains. I'm not sure how far that will get me, but my tendons heal extremely slowly as I am constantly getting tendonitis, so I am hoping this actually works in my favor for PE- to prevent my ligaments from healing and becoming stronger and I can get a lot of length out of lig work.

Forgot to measure, so I will tonight (03/25/14).

Had a great session 03/24/14, by far the best girth session since I started back up. Measured 5 3/16" mid-shaft girth directly after workout, and was able to stay 100% erect throughout pretty much the entire session.

While it's just temporary, I love seeing that temporary girth jump up from pumping and slow squash jelqs. A month ago, I would be having sex with a girth considered well below average, and last night I fucked my girl with nearly an entire extra inch of girth than I would have had just one month ago. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is worth every penny IMO. I would be happy to cement 5.25" mid-shaft one day. I may not ever get to that 8x6 because gains get harder and harder as you go and I started so small, but I think 5.25 mid shaft is certainly respectable and obtainable. And, with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I could bump that to 6" temporarily with about 45-60 minutes of girth work.

Happy to have gained back what I lost already in just the first month. Started at 4 1/2" and now I'm back at 4 11/16".

Note that my tape is cut off just before 2", so I measure starting with 2 inches, and I separate the tape to make that obvious, which adds 1/16" to the actual reading. So you have to subtract 1/16" from what you see.

Also, the ruler showed an extra 1/16" in length from when I first started doing the basic stretches/mandingos a few days ago, but that could just be EQ. Here it is anyway.
