To help with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] slippage; i use a piece of a sturdy sleeve (over the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]) around the head part. It secures the top head and bottom straps from any slip out movement. I now can wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for longer time without slippage. And when it does; the sleeve still holds head in place so the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] doesnt just fall off you. Btw: fold the piece of sleeve for stronger compression when using for [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] slippage.

That's not much of a "stretcher" as it won't increase your size at all, just help you to heal better.

If you need an ADS that is better than any of those extenders, get yourself a Silistretcher. You can wear it as long as you want. Even if you don't have a length master, you can do the newbie routine in combination with the Silistretcher. Trust me, you will gain massively.
