Hi DLD, this question is mostly for you because you're the expert, you have been there done that. Is it dangerous for me to jelq when my erection is at 100%, because when ever I start to jelq I get an erection and when ever I stop it subsides but when I start again the same thing. If not, what can I do to fix this problem so I donot get an 100% erection when I am jelqing, I am a beginner in P.E.

I have always jelqed at 100%, sometimes it will subside to around 90% but I try to keep it as high as possible. With girth, it is all about expansion, starting the workout at 100% allows the penis to expand beyond its normal 100% erect size.

Plus I am circumcised, what is the most effective way should I go about doing P.E such as jelqing? Should I pull back the skin when I am jelqing with one hand and use the other hand to jelq?

How would you do it?

For me jelqing is either done erect or I am not doing it. I have always trained at 100% erect, after jelqing for a few moments it will subside to about 90%. I will re-stimulate a few times during the jelq routine to keep good eq.

Yes sorry about that. I mean I am not circumcised (uncircumcised), so what is the most effective way should I go about doing P.E such as jelqing? Should I pull back the skin when I am jelqing with one hand and use the other hand to jelq?

WHile jelqing you switch left hand to right hand in a continuos motion, the foreskin does not need to be retracted.
 
OK DLD, one more thing, when I am jelqing and switching my left hand and my right hand in a continuous motion do I stop at the head of my penis or do I have to go over the head to complete the jelq? Is it effective if the foreskin is not retracted or pulled back out of the way when I am jelqing? Sorry if the question sounds silly.

You want to stroke from the extreme base to just below the head. Foreskin can either be left alone or retracted, whatever feels best for you. Remember that the strokes are continuous so blood stays in penis.
 
This might sound silly DLD but I'm just asking. If I dont't retract the foreskin won't I be stretching the skin instead of my actual penis? Won't it make the skin longer?

Only to the degree that you create. If you are not going past the glans then there would be minimal skin stretch as the skin would never be going past that point. If your stroke was to go over the head then it could bring some foreskin gains.

I suspect the primary reason for most people not going to 100% is because of the increased injury risk and the fact that a lot of people wet-jelq, i personally always dry jelq at 100% and get the customary shaft ache the day after so its certainly effective.
 
In my opinion, which is pretty widely know, is that training girth as close to 100% is best. If you gain 20% expansion and you are training at say 80% you are really doing little. When you train at 90% you are forcing the penis to become larger than it's normal size, in this case 110% expansion. Girth is all about expansion past our normal size.

80 is fine as long as you are getting expansion beyond your normal girth. In your case, at 80% erect, you will want expansion in the 20% area.
 
Whenever im jelqing and I do it in a continuous motion all the skin from the base of the shaft that connects to the balls bunchs up at the glans is this how its suppose to be or should I release after then recollect the skin with the next jelq, its hard to explain but im sure you know what I mean, I just dont know if thats the right or wrong way to do it. If you could answer that, that would be greatly appreciated it, I love jelqing :) so much fun especially with vaseline.
 
For length gains, you might consider trying the wet jelq at a lower level of erection. I made all my gains, both in girth
and in length, jelqing at 50 % erect, no more.

This is a great way to gain length not only by stretching the ligament but since there is a semi erection you will also be stretching the Tunica.

I've never bought into the whole harder=girth notion personally.
