My erection quality has been okay today, though I woke up this morning with wood that just would not go away. My flaccid was sorta hard today, and was pretty short a lot of the day. I personally love high tension extending. I feel the ligs get hit better plus i believe i get some expression stretching done swell since its pulls the inner shaft. I follow low tension as my last set to help recover though. You should try it.

I'll give that a shot! Do you go high tension to the limits of the spring rods, or do you push farther than the markers on the spring rods?
 
Does anyone have an idea of what causes a hard flaccid penis? I'd like to figure out how to maintain a continuous jelly-state, but I'm not sure how. Thoughts?
 
For high tension, I ensure the rods have enough length to match my BPFSL with springs always compressed to the max. Also ive had hard flaccid or still kinda do. From researching on forums and other sites, its caused by chronic pelvic pain syndrome CPPS. According to people who cured themselves, the key is to reverse kegels and relaxing the pelvic floor muscle.
 
Day 13

Alright, so I didn't get to the gym or do any PE today, but I did have the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] on most of last night and woke up at 5 am with it around my neck and not connected to my penis, so that happened.

No actual PE today, just wore loose fitting underwear, I think the hard flaccid yesterday was indication of overwork on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], because that seems to happen a lot now that I think about it, whenever I have the tension up high for short periods of time, rather than getting just the bars to compress. Another important factor is pre-stretching the Tunica prior to training. This will allow for greater expansion or elongation due to the penis becoming more malleable, stretchable, etc. The hard feeling is a good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] of intensity as I used to get this as I was actively growing.
 
Look up the tennis ball exercise for relaxing your pelvic floor muscles. A lot of guys say it really helps to relieve the tension. Only weird part is it turns you into a penguin lol. Look it up and you'll understand the joke.

Day 15
