Yeah, I think some of us are getting confused some.
You can in essence clamp for however long you want, I have gone over one hour non-stop and had no problems whatsoever, but newbies shouldnt jump into this...the penis gets used to the pressure, strange as it may sounds....but it does.
Anyway, this tissue death stuff.....I see what you mean, but it ONLY happens if someone clamps SO TIGHT that NO BLOOD gets IN or OUT of the penis, in a nutshell you are stopping blood in the penis and holding it for a length of time, thats DANGEROUS and isnt clamping, its called getting an injury.
Clamping is controlled, it SLOWS the blood in and out of the penis....NEVER STOPS it, so tissue death is never a problem.
ALL this is mentioned in the guide *sigh* and all makes perfect sense once read.
If your penis starts to turn black or get really cold and numb, well ahem your too tight so relase some, dont sit their like a prick and let it carry-on.
Theirs a fine line between safe constriction and just stopping blood flow to the ole man, I set out many pointers how to figure ways to find your comfort spots, to know how tight to clamp and what to watch for.
Take heed of the advice and no one will ever get injured.

Now, hows the experiment going?
