Rest yesterday and measurements today. Over 50 hours since the last sessions so any temporary expansion should be gone.
The results are in and I'm really really happy

BPEL is 17.4 cm which is 6.85". MEG is over 16,5+ cm which is 6,5+" and I actually think I was closer to 6.7" but I'm a bit uncertain. The measurements was done with a CR as usual just to get consistency.
This means that I've reached my MEG goals that I set for december which is just great. To recap I set a goal of +1.1" BPEL and 0.6" MEG with a one year time frame, and when I started I didn't even believe that PE worked but I decided to approach it with an open mind. Now less than six months later I've reached my one year goal and is a true believer

I also like to measure once a week, event though 0.2 CM really falls into the margin of error from positioning the ruler, angle of the ruler etc my 17.4 cm might just aswell be 17.2 cm what I really can say is that one month ago was below 17 cm and now I know for certain that I'm above 17 cm which is great for the motivation.
I think a key factor is keep pushing the limits, make sure that you don't injure yourself but like most training or any area of progress you try to progress in you have to keep reaching for the next step. If you hit the gym or the tracks and don't feel any fatigue or soreness you can be pretty sure that you're not getting any progress. I think its the same with PE. The trick is to know the difference between the "good pain" and the "bad pain". When weight lifting I want to feel my muscles ache and pump but I don't want to feel pain in my joints or get strained muscles. When running I want to feel the burn in my lungs and the fatigue in my legs but I don't want to feel pain my knees or back.
Over and out, I'll be back with new measurements in a week or so
