Right now I have one big regret and that is that I didn't take any measured starting pictures. I'm 100% sure that I've grown but it would been really nice to have some "before and after" pictures - not to show to others but primarily but more as a visual proof for my brain. The progress is so gradually so I cant really notice it and my brain does really register it :) So for anyone reading this thread - do yourself a favor and take a starting pic :)

I have the same regret

I lucked out on this and measured before I started. I was 6.5" from when I was 15 to when I started PE.

Rest yesterday and measurements today. Over 50 hours since the last sessions so any temporary expansion should be gone.

The results are in and I'm really really happy :) BPEL is 17.4 cm which is 6.85". MEG is over 16,5+ cm which is 6,5+" and I actually think I was closer to 6.7" but I'm a bit uncertain. The measurements was done with a CR as usual just to get consistency.

This means that I've reached my MEG goals that I set for december which is just great. To recap I set a goal of +1.1" BPEL and 0.6" MEG with a one year time frame, and when I started I didn't even believe that PE worked but I decided to approach it with an open mind. Now less than six months later I've reached my one year goal and is a true believer :) I also like to measure once a week, event though 0.2 CM really falls into the margin of error from positioning the ruler, angle of the ruler etc my 17.4 cm might just aswell be 17.2 cm what I really can say is that one month ago was below 17 cm and now I know for certain that I'm above 17 cm which is great for the motivation.

I think a key factor is keep pushing the limits, make sure that you don't injure yourself but like most training or any area of progress you try to progress in you have to keep reaching for the next step. If you hit the gym or the tracks and don't feel any fatigue or soreness you can be pretty sure that you're not getting any progress. I think its the same with PE. The trick is to know the difference between the "good pain" and the "bad pain". When weight lifting I want to feel my muscles ache and pump but I don't want to feel pain in my joints or get strained muscles. When running I want to feel the burn in my lungs and the fatigue in my legs but I don't want to feel pain my knees or back.

Over and out, I'll be back with new measurements in a week or so :)

Congrats bro!! I can't agree with you more...always be striving for just a tad more intensity than the previous session. Nicely done!

Yes, I was always very big for my age. I felt big all the way up till I met Jen than I felt small I do not feel that way any longer, I am strong and long and down to get the friction on :)

No they can not! The past is a graveyard of uselessness and the future is uncertain, we have the moment and that is all and in this moment, which is forever fleeting, we need to dig in and start to work. When we remain in the moment we retain all of our expressive energy, when we give this to the past or future we are squandering time. Time is valuable!

true thinking about the future is ok, but can be a mistake when we set our expectations there. Learning to rmain in the moment is something i have to understand and learn..Sometimes im living in the past some other times im thinking about the future..True time is valuable and is a terrible experience seeing it pass by trough our eyes..

Time for an update! Exactly one month since last measurement and for a while I thought that I’ve come to a hard stop and plateaued completely. I could barely see any progress for over two weeks and then I finally made some progress and I’m up 0.3 cm since last month and now I measure BPEL 17.7 cm which equals 6,97” – soooo close to 7” :D
Getting 7” by end of June feels like a piece of cake now and with some dedication and good fortune I should measure in around 7.1”. ( For reference the BPEL measurement was done 2.5 days after last [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session and this time without a CR. ) MEG is still at 6.5” but not a priority. I’ve attached a plot over my measure points and It looks like I’ve plateaued a bit but I hope I can keep progressing. :)

I’ve had a lot of issues with getting good sessions mainly because of my girth and the angle in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] caused by skin at the base. As soon as I get expansion and some fluid retention I get very close to fill my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words]. The skin at my base also expands on the underside which angles me inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and the head is getting pressed which is pretty painful. Also it is getting tight and baneful at base, there’s not enough room. I solved this by removing the grey comfort insert to get some additional space at the base but then felt a lot of pain where the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] connects to my body.
So a couple of days ago I decided to cut off the tube of the insert and just use it as padding and it actually works pretty well. So I now I have the padding and the extra space and I think I have a solution that will work for a good while. :)

I also like to add that I have a gut feeling that edging can be a key component for progress. The last couple of months I haven’t had time for edging and my progress have slowed down a bit. I can’t back it up with any proof or data but I think that edging, really trying to hold a max level erection for at least 30-60 min, after a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session can do help a lot.

Thank you so much for the update. I understand that you only come with updates monthly but I still worry that men lose their way. So congratulations of the gain, especially when you were not expecting them. Very creative with your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words], you may want to look into n [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X50[/words] or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] when this method no longer works...that sounds good too hear, right?

Thanks for the congratulations and for the concern - you have a big heart! I usually pop in to read new posts almost every day :)

I'm gonna try the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X50[/words] again soon with my modded insert. I also just ordered a pumping sleeve, hoping it will help a bit with the fluid retention.

Cheers for now - hoping to reach 7" by next week :)

I love when men talk about getting an [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X50[/words], it makes me all giddy!

The new sleeves I ordered really sucked - too small and too stiff :/ so another failed experiment. Pulled out the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X50[/words] again but same issue as I had before - my scrotum skin gets pulled in and expands too much which gives me too much angle in the tube and I get pressed against the tube sides. The good news are that [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] without any comfort inserts or sleeves works pretty well. I get a nice expansion and stretch without too much pain. Still hurts my skin alot but I guess I'll have to cope :)

Life is quite busy right now both at work and the social life and also going for a trip on the weekend. I've had three days off, unplanned, and also decided to take a break until Sunday or Monday. Instead of being unhappy about not being able to have some sessions I'll call it a deconditioning break :) Since I started in the middle of december I haven't had any breaks longer than 1-2 days. I've been able to have 6 sessions ever single week :)

Another good news is that I measured yesterday and I'm getting really close to 18 cm BPEL, to the best of my knowledge I'm 17.8-17.9 BPEL right now rofl 7" = 17.78 cm which means I've reached 7", amazing! When I started back in december I didn't even believe in PE and now I reached a length that before only was a pipe dream :D

MEG is still at 6.5", no progress but not a prio. Feels good to be able to say that I'm 7x6.5, a respectable size hehe ;) Only down side is that I still feel pretty small compared to my body frame, really need to lose a bit of weight

Back a gain after one and a half weeks, more or less, planned break. I've never had more than two days break since I started with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] in the middle of december so it was a bit exciting to see if I'd lose any gains and I there was some bad news and some good news :)

Starting with the bad news girth was down 0.1-0.2" i.e. from slightly above 6.5" to just below 6.4". Not too sad about it just a bit surprised, since I usually measure after 24-48 hours a session - that means that temp gains are still present even after two days.

The good news then - length was stable at 7", could'nt see any drop at all :) which feels great. Also during todays session I managed to stretch almost 0.5" further than my BPEL and I haven't seen that for a couple of months. I really whish that it is a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] of a little growth burst and I'm excited to get back to my 5-6 days a week schedule.

Goal for end of the year still at 7.5" BPEL and 6.5" MEG. Dream goal is 8" BPEL and 6.7" MEG :)

Great attitude and very realistic goals, I think this is going to be an easy one.

Interestingly, I've been experimenting with 'off-days' and I think my body responds well to 4/5 days on and 2/3 days off. Maybe give that a shot vs. a full week or two.
Just a thought...
